Price seemed too high for what they did, especially since I had to replace the water meter cover myself. Also, they left the water turn off tool in the yard, are customers paying for their carelessness?
Response by Plumbing Express: We are sorry to hear this customer felt over charged and that we left a tool behind and forgot to put the water meter cover back in place. Sometimes these things do happen when we allow ourselves to get in a hurry. We appreciate the honest feedback and will try to do better next time. We will review the charges to make sure they are in line with our company pricing policy.
