Had a bad experience with a big box contractor canceling me and needed some bathroom vanities installed now. Was referred to The Plumbing Firm for the work. Luckily a tech was available after 4:00"PM on a Friday and installed the vanities and all the plumbing. Then the next week I had a toilet flange needed replacement. Guys were there again. Up in Sparta, NC too. You guys are amazing. Keep up the good work

I lost my 10 year old well pump assembly.I called them upon referrel and he came right over within an hour.He determined the well pump was dead and we started removing it for checkout. Took the rest of the day to get it out , found damaged well pump wiring and analyzed the pump bad. Early next morning, had to replace damaged wiring , replace the well pump assembly, replace a bad expansion tank. Great work and all runs fantastic. First time I had used them and so glad I did!

Called on a Monday evening because the sewer was backing up into basement shower. They came out same day to try to resolve. They had all the experience and equipment needed to locate and address a root blockage 200+ feet from the only clean out. They added two new clean outs to the line to help resolve any future issues that may arise. The work was done quickly and professionally. The total cost of all the work they had to do came in way lower than I had feared. Through the whole process, they were kind, courteous, punctual, and overall pleasant to work with. I would absolutely recommend The Plumbing Firm to anyone in need of quality plumbing work.
