Central A/C - Service or Repair
He seemed to be knowledgeable but then gave a quick diagnosis of the problem without fully checking the system. He then told me an expensive part would have to be ordered. He said he would try to find the part and then I never heard anything else from him. Did not get back to me at all. In short, charged me $180 for a wrong diagnosis and greatly exaggerated job. I got another hvac guy who fixed the system with none of the above. He simply bled out the system and checked pressures.

I had an excellent experience with Chili Willie Plumbing. My furnace sounded horrible. Stephen arrived on time diagnosed my furnace and ordered the part needed to save my old furnace. Installation took less then 1 hour and my furnace is now working and sounds like new again. The price for diagnostic and installation was very fair. I would definitely recommend Chilli Willie Plumbing again. I was very impressed by their expertise.

I woke up to a 42 degree house; the furnace was not pumping warm air. Steve from Chilli Willi responded quickly and gave me an estimated time of arrival. During the day I got updates about his ETA. Steve was able to diagnose the problem and order the correct part. He explained exactly what was wrong and pointed out some areas of needed maintenance going forward. He returned with the part the next day and installed it. Now, my house is at 60 degrees and climbing. I was so impressed with the service that I signed up for Chilli Willi’s annual maintenance plan.

Overpriced. $385 for checking the condition of the furnace. He was here for about half an hour. I was told that the furnace was in good condition and very clean. I had no idea what it was going to cost till he arrived. $770 an hour.

"You purchased a service agreement for 385. Which is not an hourly rate!. It also comes with two trips to your home for plumbing and hvac inspections and comes with a 15% discount. Which in our eyes is a value. But we appreciate your feedback."

The team was very friendly and upfront about potential challenges with the job. They gave a better quote than we've gotten from other contractors and stuck to it. Communication was fantastic through the process and they did an excellent job of cleaning up along the way. They had an opening in their schedule and were able to fit our job in earlier which was great for us. We were so happy with their work, we hired them for another project as well. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them.

Stephen and Jared are excellent! Our boiler was in horrible shape and the removal was challenging due to poor access, but they were able to find a way to assemble the boiler in our basement. Their approach of providing several options for our boiler replacement was very helpful in allowing us to have some ownership over the project costs and longevity. We hit some unforeseen obstacles along the way with our water heaters and replaced those as well, all within our original time frame. They were very polite and pleasant to everyone they encountered in our building. We are very happy with the work they did to transform our mess of a boiler and will definitely bring them back!

After I sent them the information on the app, they was at my house within 1hr on Saturday found out my boiler was good but pipes was frozen. Sunday they came out had it fixed within a hour.
