My tenant called me to say that her hot water heater had died. I contacted Service Magic at 6:30am and I received a call from Effective Plumbing at 6:35a. I explained my situation and we made arrangements to have the job done. I was unable to get to the job site, as the work was being done, but the work was completed in a very timely fashion. And when I got to the house later that afternoon, I was impressed with the quality of the work. They made it very painless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
