Called several plumbers and received a couple of quotes. Made an appointment with Plumbing Kings to come out to give a free estimate, which turned out to be a couple of hundred less than the others we had received. They scheduled to return the next morning at 10:00 am to make the repair. Started to become concerned when we received call to let us know that he would be late. Tyler did promise to fix the problem that day, so that put us at ease. The ground had to be dug up and a special tool was needed so the owner Steve came out with the tool and helped to complete the job. They went above and beyond with the work that they did and never suggested that we would need to pay more. These guys are hard working and honest. We would definitely use their services again.

When I spoke to plumbing king yesterday the manager Steven said his men would be there between 1000 and 1200. Unlike other companies who would of showed up at 1159 his men were there at 1015. They cut the root, ran the camera and then ran 4000 psi water jet through my line. Not once but 3 times, and they also ran a camera before and after the water jet which showed before and after. The line when finished looked brand new. His men were very knowledgeable, and courteous.

Company was late by hours to every appointment, always excuses and complaints. Didn't have all the equipment required to do the job, borrowed mine, asked for a day to "purchase parts", then showed up 4 hours late the following day with no parts. Had to call the office to have someone go buy the parts. Was without any water to the house from a Tuesday at 3:00pm until Thursday at 7:00pm. Finished filling the hole outside my front door the following Monday after missing the Friday appt. completely. Had to ask for my extension cord back. I paid cash for each segment of the work that was done so payment was never a question.

Guys had repair completed and water on before dark on scheduled appt day, they said you were very excited, happy, and full of compliments for that. Unable to reach you after few attempts to confirm someone would home next day for backfill but once we received a call back we were right out to complete job. Took more than a day for you to call us back. Sorry for that confusion as well. Someone has to be confirmed on property on day of scheduled visit for our dispatch to send someone. Sorry that the backfill appointment confusion turned an excellent 5 star review into a negetive one. When I first spoke with Steve from Plumbing Kings he was very kind and professional. As I described where the leak was at and possibly coming from, he quickly gave me his opinion as to what was causing the leak - overflow from the bathtub. Steve was able to come out the next day. While on site he was respectful of our home and professional. Steve was upfront and explained everything as the process went along. Once he was able to diagnose the issue, Steve provided an estimated cost. Because he had to get a part for the overflow, he wasn't able to complete the repair that night, but communicated everything and came back the next day. Steve is very precise and insistent on doing things the way it should be done. As repairing drywall is not a service he performs, Steve also provided the contact information of a business he uses as a subcontractor and I was able to get an appointment set up to finish the leak repair. I will definitely be using Plumbing Kings for my future plumbing related issues and maintenance.

I contacted his 3 hours later to schedule the replacement and he was at my house within 1 1/2 hours with a new water heater. He and his assistant had the installation completed in a little over 2 hours. All installation materials and the old water heater was removed. Nice clean job! I strongly recommend Plumbing Kings and will use them again in the future.

My experience was great. Steve was top quality through and through. He came and gave me a quote and told me wxpe rations before during and after the project. He kept my home that has been fully renovated clean and tidy. While I was at work he held the upmost respect for the family in the needs of my wife daughter and pets. All of his work came out prestine and I couldn't be happier.

Steven came over on a Sunday to repair a water main leak. He dug a hole to find the leak, repaired the pipe, and restored my yard. He did an excellent job and I highly recommend him.

Plumber had to drain the water from the leaking water to speed up the process. Removed the old water heater, and installed new one with all city code required.

New to Angieslist and can already see I'm gonna like this site. So many reviews to good plumbers, realtors, and restaurants. I called Plumbing Kings to fix my water line that feeds my house from the sidewalk. Turns out it's white plastic (no wonder why it broke). Steven D was able to dig it up and fix it all today. Good to have water again! The price was more than reasonable for what he had to do. I will be using him again for sure. Thank you so much for your Prompt and Courteous service.

Very prompt and professional service. Small office building showing signs of settling due to possible sinkhole. Concerned this was caused by a water line leak or sewer leak. Steven from Plumbing Kings visited property the day we called, followed up with a more detailed inspection shortly there after. Determined plumbing/sewer are not the cause. I used Plumbing Kings becuse of previous work they preformed at my residence.
