We were struggling for years with our water pressure in the kitchen. And Jake fixed it. What a pleasure to open a faucet and you have running water. Thank you soo much Jake. He said he’ll be here at 8am and the doorbell ring sharp at 8, I love people that’s on time. Furthermore he is very professional. Will definitely recommend him if you need 5 star service. Excellent work, but pricey. Paid $325 to replace toilet flange which took 2 people around 30 minutes. That works out to about $300/hour per employee. Of course there is the travel time and gas and about $25 worth of materials.

"That is a flat fee to pull toilet replace flange and reset toilet with all new wax and bolts. yes we have travel figured in.... It may have took us 30 to 45 min but someone without 24 yrs experience may have took 2 hrs or 3. Paying by the hr could cost more for inexperienced plumbers. our pricing is based on averages and we stand behind and warranty all our work. we did not charge you full price for each part of this job. normally there is a 60 service fee. 125 to pull and reset a toilet. if the flange comes out with no real problems 185 to change out. so your price of 300 is much better."
