I initially had a positive experience with Plumbing Outfitters, but recent service has been deeply disappointing. A straightforward water heater installation has stretched on for nearly a month with no resolution. The project has involved repeated scheduling delays, a failed city inspection, and minimal communication throughout. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company failed to provide a clear explanation or corrective plan. When they did respond, the only update was a vague email referencing an unspecified ?electrical issue? and a suggestion to hire an electrician, without any detail, accountability, or follow-through. They also failed to show up for a scheduled appointment to address the inspection issues, further delaying the process. Communication is poor, reliability is lacking, and follow-through has been virtually nonexistent. Given the repeated delays, inspection failure, and lack of professional accountability, I strongly advise others to avoid using this company.

Noah did a fantastic job explaining the issue and fixing the problem. I would certainly recommend Plumbing Outfitters to anyone needing plumbing work done.

Prices upfront, multiple options and no pressure

I can't say enough great things about them!! We had a clog in our line and tried to take care of it ourselves with a snake but couldn't reach it. Due to where it was and the fact it was beyond a 50 ft snake, they would have to most likely use a pressure jet. All I saw was $$$... we had had another company out earlier who said the same thing and was really expensive. Although the guy was nice and recommended using a non "commercial" service. We saw a few on Home Advisor but Plumbing Outfitters had some great reviews. They did not disappoint. They came out and gave us an estimate, which was MUCH lower than our previous one. Where we would have had to wait 4-5 days before the other company could get back out with the equipment, Plumbing Outfitters went above and beyond and was able to free up a crew and get the equipment out to our place that afternoon. They were so nice and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards. We would have gone days not being able to use our kitchen sink or our laundry room and thank to them, we were back in business within hours. We will DEFINITELY use them again!!!

They arrived in the morning. Look at the job and gave me an estimate. Install the toilet and closet flange . Done in an hour. Very please with the job and service. Will used them again.

Be sure to ask about pricing. It was significantly different then the Home Adviser estimate. Otherwise, did a great job. Very friendly and accommodated my busy schedule.

Wayne and Will were fantastic. They called me back promptly. Did what they said they would do which was fix the leak in my slab. They quoted me a price and stuck with it. They also hauled off my old water softener for me. They explained what the problem was and assured me that they could fix the problem and they did. They were professional, polite and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Plumbing outfitters and goes as far as to say, " Don't even look for anybody else as they can fix any plumbing need you have. Also the rates were affordable.

These guys were great to work with. Friendly service, clean, upfront about cost estimates. I really appreciated the prompt electronic communications by email & text for scheduling and confirmation.

I probably could have done the toilet stuff myself, but, then I might have had a flood in the bathroom, or sewage backing up or something. I couldn't even take the tank lid off without breaking it. William arrived on time, completed the job, and we were done. Highly recommend!

Responsive, excellence customer service, completed the evaluation and replacement of water heater in a A little over 2 hours. Kept me informed of during each phase of the installation and insured the installation was up to code. I will use them again.

Excellent service. Warren was on time and clearly very experienced. He performed a camera examination of the plumbing and located sewer lines outside, and clearly explained the results and answered our questions. I felt the charges were fair, and would definitely use this company again. Recommended!
