I contacted Plumbing Plus to address a leak around the outdoor water faucet/spicket. Jake arrived and analyzed the problem immediately. There was a crack, and he replaced a part. He presented all the options available, and checked the other sinks in the house as well. Very professional and cordial. He communicated well and let me know when he was on the way. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do. I highly recommend Jake and Plumbing Plus! You won’t be disappointed!

Tony Velazquez of Plumbing Plus replaced four angle stops in our home. He was friendly and helpful as well as professional and respectful. He did an excellent job using quality parts. He showed us how to clean scale from our shower and gave us other helpful advice. All of the Plumbing Plus techs we have used are excellent but we will request Tony again next time we need a plumber.

Tony from Plumbing Plus was friendly and professional! He called first and arrived on time. Water pressure, water faucets and toilets were checked for any problems and my two tankless water heaters were flushed. He answered all my questions and left my home as he found it. Water Heater - Repair or Service
Exceptional service provider. I asked them to come by to do some routine maintenance on two tankless water heaters. Once I saw the quality of the work I expanded the assignment to include several other tasks from my "Honey dew" list. The tech/plumber, David, did exceptional work, and left everything spotless. He installed a new fixture in a garage work area (photo). He also improved the water flow and adjusted the hot water balance to improve functionality. I could not be happier with the quality of the service. This is the second service they have provided at my home. They also installed a tankless water heater about a year ago. Similar great service. I've used other private plumbers. This is the best service I've received in 30 years of owning homes in San Diego.

We hired Plumbing Plus to replace plumbing fixtures in 7 bathrooms. Plumbing Plus was OUTSTANDING and I highly recommend them. We ran into problems due to manufacturer plumbing fixtures which were faulty. We discovered the problem after installation of the fixtures. Plumbing Plus Team worked with us to document product failures with numerous phone conversations with the manufacturer engineering team. Yes, this problem was beyond routine customer service solution. Plumbing Plus help resulted in manufacturer admitting the fixtures were faulty due to a manufacturing problem they had discovered. The manufacturer covered the cost to remove the faulty fixtures and install new fixtures. Also, the manufacturer provided the new fixtures at no cost and paid the shipping costs for returning the faulty fixtures. The outstanding customer service and support of Plumbing Plus was critical to the resolution of this problem. Their work is superb and they have a very talented team. Thank you all!
