fast clean and reasonable

Mike did the replacement on the hot water heater. Was very nice,professional and wanted me to understand everything. Covered the floors....I just can't say enough good about him. In this day and age to have someone come to your house and be so nice and mannerly, clean up after themselves and be there the next morning, and I called the previous night? geesh...they were wonderful! I am very satisfied with the service.

Though the estimate for the water heater install was a little high, I was satisfied with the work done. The service manager ordered the heater I wanted and scheduled a Saturday appointment. The technician arrived a little late but did an excellent job of installing the heater, removing the old one, and leaving the work area clean.

We had the worst experience with this Plumbing Professors/ Rooter1 Service. We wanted to get a free estimate for fixing our plumbing with sewer camera inspection. The plumber came to the property, and told us that he could not use the sewer camera because of trap problem. However, he gave an exorbitant estimate of $2,800.00 to fix the plumbing without even knowing where the exact problem was in the sewer system. When we told him that we would have to think about such high estimate, the plumber demanded $320.00 for coming to our property to give an estimate. They have been harrassing our tenant and us threatening collection action.

The man showed up almost an hour and a half late. When I told him that the clerk at his office had told me that he would be earlier, he just looked at me and said, "Oh", w/out any explanation. I needed several jobs done, and had planned on using the same co., if I had been satisfied w/the work. But when I asked about replacing my wall-mounted kitchen faucet, (w/out going into the wall), he gave me the outrageous price of $365. I n the end he charged me $320 just for caulking around the tub and shower stall, and finishing the installation of a tub faucet that had already been partially installed by another shady plumber.

They came the same day to fix my garbage disposal which was broken and it was a weekend (Saturday). They did a good job of explaining the different options and and double checked the issue and fixed with new disposal unit. Once completed they did a thorough inspection to make sure there were no leaks or other issues. Cleaned up when completed and provided us instruction on how to use the equipment. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for plumbing related job.

this company took forever to schedule an appointment, and they called and cancelled their appointment with me 3 times. they have unskilled people working for them. i would not recommend anyone to use this company at all for any reason.

wonderful. They were on tine, worked efficiently and did not make a mess, a problem I've had with plumbers in the past. I thought they were a little expensive for what they did, but what do I know, I'm not a plumber, which is why I called them.

Although I would recommend this company for plumbing because the technician they sent was very, very nice, knowledgeable, clean and apologetic, they arrived at my house later than scheduled. I would use them again

Prompt, Friendly Service. I was given an estimate, but after the plumber started the job he realized that a part of the job that he quoted didn't need to be replace - it was repairable. He was honest enough to tell me and I paid less than I was originally quoted. Great Work

Great experience. They contacted us within a minute of hitting "submit" on servicemagic and came out to our house that night (a Saturday) and had our water heater installed by early Sunday afternoon. The guys were friendly and explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions. I will definitely use them again.
