EXCELLENT work!! We used Plumbing Right Now when I lived in Brookshire and was very impressed! So happy to see this company on Home Advisor! I had a messy water "crisis" and involving a clogged sink and Bill not only responded almost immediately by phone, but he was at my house within 1 1/2 hours busy working! Awesome customer service! Bill is very experienced and friendly! Will use him for EVERY plumbing issue!!

Did quality work and felt comfortable that he is trustworthy. Was able to print out discount coupon on his website which he honored and a discount on 2nd water spout replacement. 2 year warranty plus higher quality plumbing supplies.

This is the second time we hire them. Mr. Bill arrived on time and always in good spirits and great customer service. He had to repair a small part of our main sewer who happens to be located outside our home leading to our front yard, he did a great job and explained all the process and showed us how bad it was the root problem inside our main pipe. He took no time to start doing the repairs and everything is back to normal like nothing happened in our front yard. Excellent service! We will recommend them to our family and friends as always.

Hired them for a video camera recording of the sewer line. When he called after the visit to the home he said it "didn't take". So he wasted our whole afternoon. Told our realtor everything was fine. Told me we needed to replace the entire house drain and sewer. Didn't make sense......

"Well i guess it was bound to happen soon or later. I think everyone knows you cant win them all . We did have technical difficulties with our camera. Of course they are man made and just like a car, truck etc, things break. The real problem here was her timelines. We had already scheduled with her twice on two different homes only to get a call to cancel because they backed out of buying the homes. By the third go around i was starting to think that maybe they were possibly looking at homes, getting free video and qoutes, that do cost the contractors money, to try to find enough wrong with the homes for a bargaining chip."

Showed up between the times you chose, assessed the problem and offered to fix it the same day. Although I choose not to use him the same day he came back ready to work and fixed my main pipe clog very quickly. We will likely use them again

Had a stopped up drain that we could not handle. Called and Bill Glass the owner answered. He was in my area and was at my house in 30 minutes. I expected to set an appt for the next day-was very happy to have problem taken care of with no hassle. Would recommend to anyone!
