My parents where given a warranty on the work done and now that there is an issue just a couple months later... David Flemming will not answer his calls. Had many problems damages and poor workmanship. My salesman was excellent but David Fleming lied to him as well. They will not answer my calls /calls from Gulf eagle Supply or my salesman. I now have a lien for $10,350.87 for nonpayment of materials filed in Hillsborough County. DO NOT pay cash! Fleming Roofing no longer has an office but works out of their new home in Indialantic Florida. I have asked for a paid-in-full invoice on Fleming Roofing letterhead and do not have one yet. I was advised that I am one of MANY customers in the same situation.
