Finally, we've found a plumber that provides quality service and professionalism at a fair price! A few months ago, our water heater gave out. Rami provided a detailed quote to replace it and completed the job within a day. He also provided suggestions on proper maintenance and care to extend the life of the unit. Last week our shower valve gave out during the "shelter at home" order and our first call was to Rami. After a short facetime consultation, he assured us it was a quick fix that we could easily do ourselves. With his suggestions and encouraging words we successfully fixed it!! We were quite proud of our accomplishment when we turned the water back on and it didn't spray all over the place! Most importantly, this resolution was done while maintaining the social-distancing order. Thanks Rami! A true gem :)

This plumber scheduled an appointment than changed just before he was to start. brought the wrong toilet it did not fit into the space. brought another toilet 2 days later. this toilet will not accept the rails for my mother to get up. now I need to see if the manufacture has anything more money.

I thought I needed my sewer lines replaced, but Rami suggested a more economical solution. He cut the main sewer pipe at the blockage and spliced in a small 2’ section. Problem solved.

Rami and his team did a great job. They replaced the kitchen drainage pipe underneath the house at a reasonable prize compared to other companies I received quotes from. The work was professionally done with high quality.

Rami gave me a phone estimate, advised me re purchasing my new toilets and even offered to pick them up en route to the job. I'm very pleased with his work and have had no problems afterwards. I was surprised to learn that there was an additional charge for hauling away the old toilets, but I guess I should have asked when he quoted me a price for the job. I would hire him again

He went out of his way to dry to see why my hot water pressure was low even went under the house when the main job was to repair a toilet water line. He diagnosed my low water pressure issue and gave me pricing on the spot to do that job. PSS we be my go to plumbers from here on out.
