TLDR; Porcupine Plumbing has an amazing team and I recommend them to anyone needing help or service. Porcupine Plumbing deserves more than five stars. First, I want to give a HUGE shout out to Candy. I called in a panic not knowing what was going on or what to do and Candy was so understanding and patient with me while I tried to explain. Candy said they were able to schedule a technician to come to the house between 4-6pm. Given the situation I asked if it was okay if I still called around to see if anyone could make it out sooner. They were still willing to hold my spot even though I was seeking help elsewhere. After a couple of calls out and getting things more stable at the house, we decided to keep the appointment and I am so thankful we did. I received a call from Candy at 1 letting me know Matt was coming early and would be there around 2. Matt immediately tackled the situation, explained things, went over options, never once tried to upsell anything. He was knowledgable, patient, a heck of a problem fixer! We needed few things replaced so he came back the following morning and within a few hours everything was replaced and working better than what we thought was normal. This experience was so hectic but the team made it feel seamless. So thankful for them and will be recommending them to nearby family, friends, and strangers if need be. 100/10 definitely recommend!!
