Ray contacted me within minutes of opening our project (clogged bathtub pipe). We scheduled an appointment (for the next day), and he was able to come early. While here, asked him about one other need, got his quote, and scheduled for two working days hence. Ray is courteous, was informative, and treated us as a customer, not as a commodity. When he left, couldn't tell he had been here (no mess). Problem solved! As others have said, he looks to be our plumber of choice going forward. This is his business, and he is involved personally. No middle man or hierarchy.

Ray with Plumbing Solutions showed up at our house late one evening after a long hard day. We were without hot water for a full week because of the Lowe's install process failing. Ray removed our old hot water and installed the new one professionally and quickly for 1/5 of the labor charge Lowe's was asking. I would recommend him for any residential plumbing job.
