They showed up a little late, but were very courteous, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The service guy made quick work of my problem and clearly ran though it all with me afterward, showing everything in action working well. He even cleaned up and was smiles the whole time. Very nice work.

They were two hours late, so my husband wasn't able to be there. He broke a blade in the line, as well as the scope on his camera, so we had to wait for another truck to bring a different camera. Once the camera was there he didn't have an extra VHS tapes to record on so he used one of my own that had personal stuff on it. We paid to have the pipe located. When he left he forgot his locating tool and accidentally took my VHS tape. We ended up digging in the wrong spot for the pipe. It was on the other side of the yard. Then we had to track the guy down in SLC to return his tool, get our tape back, and refund, but he "forgot" the refund

"Customer changed orignal meeting time/Customer was aware we would work them in throughout are day/Sewer line was broken causing the equipment to fail,had another machine sent immediately to complete job.Customer requested to locate the line so customer could repair it\Advised customer to confirm location they must pull sewer map for home&permit\customer failed to follow advice,causing the problem."
