As the HOA President for a small townhouse community, I found myself in a incredibly stressful situation—our residents had already been without hot water for several days due to an issue with our commercial boiler/hot water system.
I specifically needed a Bradford White-certified team to untangle and resolve multiple complex problems, and Plumbing System Pros delivered absolute excellence.

Water Heater - Repair or Service
Did a pilot light for me told me I will get a year warranty on his work because he a pro call him later to let him know I still smell gas for the woman answer the phone told me it was only if I bought a water heater from them at that time I didn?t even know they had a water heater company because he didn?t tell me also. he charged me 150. Just to light pilot light I thank him but not going to use them again

"Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few details regarding the service provided. The service performed was the relighting of your water heater pilot light, which was completed successfully. Prior to performing the work, our technician discussed concerns regarding the condition of the water heater and noted signs that warranted further attention. Specifically, there were indications that the unit may not have been burning gas properly, and we provided recommendations for additional evaluation and potential replacement options. At the time of service, you chose to proceed only with relighting the pilot light and declined further diagnostic work or replacement options. The $150 charge was for the service call, diagnosis, and relighting of the pilot light, which restored operation of the unit. There is no warranty associated with relighting a pilot light, as it does not repair or replace any components of the water heater. When you later reported continuing concerns about a gas odor, we offered to have the original plumber?or another licensed plumber?return to further investigate the issue. Any additional diagnostic work would require a separate visit and evaluation. We always provide estimates before work is performed and strive to be transparent about the condition of equipment and available options. We appreciate the opportunity to have assisted you and wish you the best moving forward."

Here quickly, negotiated a price, he ran into a couple of difficulties and had to go get parts, came back and fixed the problem. Cleaned up and showed me what he did and gave tips for next time.
