Plumbing Today

They did not have the courage to call me and tell me they were going to be late. I waited from 11 am to 3Pm for them but no one came . I call the office and it was indicated that my name was not in their computer but funny that after half an hour , one of their workers called me and say that he was waiting and no one was home. Sure after waiting so long and was disappointing . Why they did not have the courage to call me and say that they were to come late? I call that very inefficient. I was in the military for over 30 years and not even one time I experienced anything like that

I had a minor toilet valve issue, called for an appointment. It was 8 days out, so much for plumbing today, but it is season so I get it. I took off work to be here for them and they called me at 1 pm on the day of the appointment to reschedule for another 8 days out. I am out a days pay and they could care less. They used to be better but no longer. Never again.

The person that installed my water heater is named "Ramon." He was polite, professional and considerate. He kept me thoroughly informed during the process.

Everything was fine except it was somewhat expensive but the biggest issue was that their accounting or invoice department kept sending me statements saying that I owed them when I paid them immediately after the work was done. Apparently THEIR equipment was not working so they continued to bill me. The other issue is that they have NOT sent me anything showing it was paid in full. Good thing I paid with a check.

Excellent work. Alex Jennier, a master plumber is all pro. courteous and a nice person. Would contact him for all my plumbing needs.

I needed the pipes cleared because of some back up in guest bathroom shower. Cecil arrived during the appointment time frame, called ahead 30 minutes, and performed the task I wanted all in a very timely manner and for a reasonable price.

I was very pleased with their plumbing work. They replaced all my water pipes and installed a new hot water tank. They knew what they were doing every step along the way. There was no obstacle they couldn't overcome . And they give you what you need. They made sure all work was done to plumbing code. After finishing up , they cleaned up the whole work area. I got them on my speed dial.

I needed to have the flushing components in my toilet tank replaced. Alayna and Jonathan were professional and friendly. They were very safety-conscious, wore masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They got the job done efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and left the bathroom even better than they found it. I would definitely use them again if I needed a plumber.
