Good service clean the pipes
Jacob the plumber was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and explained every step of the way. Efficient and tidy. My only negative comment is the price for the services seems high - not Jacob's responsibility. They did quote the price before work began and we did agree to it so we understood but wow. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and Jacob.
Ira was great very helpful and respectful very knowledgeable and was able to solve a problem that was ongoing and repaired already 4 times but others
Dean was awesome. Prompt same day service
Detailed review by a 32-year Airline Captain. Tunneling under your Home? Have you hired the Plumbing Troopers Tunnel King STEVE M? Dean Kasperek? Lina? Have you considered a second opinion (from Foundation Professionals, not plumbers) on .what this tunnel will do to your foundation? If not, carefully read on to protect your home s foundation. Plumbing Troopers created a 90-foot tunnel (Huge / approximately 2x3 feet in diameter) to replace my cast iron sewer pipes. After the pipes were installed, the tunnel required a backfill to protect the compromised slab. Plumbing Troopers never filled the tunnel to protect the foundation of my home. Instead, they sealed ONLY the entrance of the tunnel with solid concrete possibly believing I would not find out. Boca Raton Permit Department (Jessie Green) took appropriate permit action against Plumbing Troopers when informed. STEVE M was directly responsible as Plumbing Trooper s employee and field manager on my property at the time of the entrance sealing event. Thank God I did find the MISTAKE a year later. Mold in my home (From massive moisture buildup in the tunnel) ultimately lead a team of investigators to discover the source. The massive wide-open tunnel had never been filled. Horror. Dean Kasperek of Plumbing Troopers claims it was an accident Here is the math. Two cement trucks showed up with 20 yards of cement to fill the 20-yard tunnel. Approximately 2-4 yards were used to seal the entrance. Then STEVE M sent the trucks away, having used only 2-4 of the 20 yards I paid for. Accident? Nearly 3 years later, I am moving to a lawsuit. Plumbing Troopers will not honor the terms of our contract which called for flowable fill to vacate all voids under the concrete. They want to do to me, what they are doing to everyone one else some type of blown in gravel or stone. This method does not guarantee the removal of voids. Voids will leave the foundation unsupported. Concrete Can stand ALOT of weight about very little FLEX. Dean Kasperek minimizes this risk as though he is a foundation expert. He is a plumber. In my industry, pilots fly the jets, not the gate agents. I do not pretend to know foundations or plumbing. I have had 4 different foundation Professionals advise me on the situation Plumbing Troopers have created under my home. None of the foundation professionals claimed to know anything about plumbing. When Dean Kasperek, Lina, or Steve M report your tunnel is completely backfilled. How will you know? You wont. (They know that) There is no way for you to know. You must take their word for it. They are extremely Friendly, Polite, and Professional in (most) mannerisms. They have expensive equipment and advertising...plus hundreds of 5-star reviews. That is why I hired them. That is why everyone trusts them. They did not expect me to catch them. You wont hire forensics to discover their breach of contract until your home is overcome with mold like mine was. Or worse yet, maybe your foundation will fail along the tunnel fault line 5-10 years from now. Good luck. STEVE M field supervisor has filed to start his own tunneling company. He is the Director of the LLC. Their Document Number on file with the State of Florida is L21000384126. Steve M is the one who sealed the hole!!!!! USE CAUTION!
Plumbing Troopers has done everything possible to take care of this situation. Including redoing the backfill under warranty and Refunding for the backfill $ portion of the job. Timothy has refused all offers and continues to slander our name. You can ask The DBPR, The chief Plumbing Inspector of Boca Raton Jessie Green and Quest engineering. We Have all documentation to support Plumbing Troopers. The only reason This job is not complete is because Timothy will not let us complete the job. Timothy Thomas comes from the Aviation world, where the tensile strength of a bolt that holds the toilet to the air craft needs to be known and proven. He is trying to apply those standards to the construction industry. Plumbing Troopers is still willing to complete the job at No cost or refund Timothy for the portion of the back fill that we have not completed.
