No he did not finish or has. DO NOT TRUST HIM AT ALL. HE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND JUST LIE AND JUST CONSTANTLY. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO HIRE RAY CAMPOYA FROM PLUMBING EXPRESS. It was not a bath install

Took 700.00 as a down payment showed up a week later no materials laid one pipe in attic and left. Ray Campoya said he will return my money .reported him to the Texas board of plumbing will file small claims court and I will flood social media everyday with his business van. You do not treat customers like that.. He gave me a invoice with no number, and no signature. We will settle this matter the easy way or the hard way.
