GREAT EXPERIENCE! We had a frustrating intermittent water leak. Tim quickly got us scheduled. Cole showed up a short time later. Within minutes Cole maneuvered through the attic and found a small pin hole leak in the Pex pipe. Cole quickly removed and replaced the damaged section of pipe. I will efinitely will call Plumbing and Drain Innovations to solve future plumbing problems. We have already scheduled with Cole to install a whole house water treatment system. These guys bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the table and provide a uick, efficient service at a very affordable price.

I had a broken outdoor hose bib. Initial response time was almost immediately after I submitted my online request. A time was set for a visit on the following day. They showed up on schedule, gave me a reasonable quote, and finished the job quickly. I have a one-year warranty on the work done. I could not ask for better service.
