Yes the work was done and quickly. Ben was very efficient and nice. He repaired a rubber pipe which had a crack and was leaking below the kitchen sink.

The gentleman they sent over was familiar with the age of my home and was able to do the repair within an hour He left no mess and did a great job. Okay, so initially Dennis was fine. I thought Dennis was, you know, I'm trying to find what I had wrote. I put denizen really nice. He seemed nice and knowledgeable, but how would I know otherwise? The reviews were high. They don't charge to come out. He quoted me one One price. And when I asked about the other pipe leaking, he stated he didn't know that that pipe was leaking. He didn't look@that.He only looked at that the one that I showed. And I asked them, well, you're the plumber. Weren't you supposed to like inspect all the pipes? So, how would I know if other pipes are leaking? And then he went to go look again and he he came back, he gave me another price. It was like I could take, um, twenty-five dollars off. And then when I go back in there, he's cut another pipe. So he's cut three different pipes. So, had I not said, hey, this is what right here also. You were just going to fix that one pipe and walk out of my house, and I was going to have to call another person to come back out here. So you really didn't even like a** what was going on. So I don't even know if it's correct or not, because I'm not a plumber. So now I have to call another person to come.

Diennis did a nice, left no mess. Explain what he had to do. Very pleased with the service I received.

Excellent service, excellent care of my home. My project took a turn for the worse before Dennis got started, but in no time Dennis had my toilet/water valve issues resolved. And the price was a lot better than I expected. I will definitely be calling Plumbing and Drain Innovations for all of my future plumbing needs.

I was very impressed with the quick response to my project request ... I recieved a call within minutes of my request and had Dennis at my door that afternoon. He completed the toilet pull, fixed the toilet flange (explained thoroughly why a recent tile installation caused the problem), and reset the unit in a very reasonable amount of time. I was very pleased with the overall professionalism and quality of work - definitely will call them again when I need any additional plumbing services.

I had a leak in my home that I had 6 other plumbers 6 ac repair and 3 leak detectors out to find. They absolutely tore up all the walls that had plumbing in them and still could not find the leak. Dennis comes in and within 15 min. He makes one small hole and finds the leak. I was blown away! I actually hired him to replace a faucet which he did beautifully and he fixed my leak as well. So all I can say is he is GOLDEN in my book! If you have any plumbing issue call him! He is very genuine, he wants to make his customers happy. He communicates with you all the way through the process. You can not go wrong with him.
