Thomas confirmed initial appt via phone, reconfirmed the night before, and showed up when he said he would. He correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and had the replacement part on hand. He also worked with my home warranty company over the phone to support my claim. Even brought his own slab of cardboard to put down on my floor under his tools and wiped out the tub with paper towels when he was done. Not sure you can expect more than that!
