Terrible Service Would Not Recommend They Basically Scammed A Eighty Year Old Woman Out Of Money & The Job Never Got Done

"I am sorry you feel this way. You called us for an unknown leak under your house, our technician came out to diagnose, he located the leak, shut off the hot water where the leak was coming from, but after getting into the crawlspace to begin repair, he informed you that it was full of water with multiple electrical wires exposed with open wire nuts, (very dangerous situation) and stated we could come back in 2 days after the water has dried up. There was no scamming done, and the technician diagnosed the issue as requested. Also after the follow up appt was booked, you called in and canceled, and have not answered a managers call."

Installation happened today. Was wowed by the professionalism of the technicians. Good businesses send an itemized list and give you upfront pricing that may fluctuate but should not reasonably fluctuate. They did this perfectly! Also, because they were tech savvy enough to use Angi it was a breeze communicating with them. Constant contact will do wonders for your businesses people! This locally-owned gem delivers top-notch service with a personal touch. Five stars all the way! Randy and Speedy-Eric were absolute rockstars. They tackled a leaky junction and installed a brand-new spigot with precision and care. Not only did they get the job done flawlessly, but they also took the time to show me what to watch for to prevent future issues—super helpful! Our technicians arrived on time, communicated clearly throughout the entire process, and left the work area spotless. Even though their work is top-notch and super clean, their pricing was lower than the quotes we got from two big corporate competitors. I can’t recommend Bottle Free Water enough! Water Heater Installation and Replacement
We had a new hot water heater installed today by Ty McDougal an employee of Plumbing by BFW. Ty was on time. He was very polite and professional. He explained what he was doing and answered all our questions. Ty also made me aware that our old unit wasn't up to code. Ty gave me the quote for the job before he started . Ty finished the job in the time he said he would. Ty cleaned up his work area and took the broken water heater and shipping materials with him when he left. I have used Plumbing by BFW for all my plumbing needs. Their prices are very good. I like they charge by the hour instead of by the job. I will continue to use their services.
