BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!

It went well. It turned out to be a nail that had somehow been driven into the wall and punctured the pipe.

It's working just fine, I assume that it will continue to be okay. The guy who came was very nice, but he's still learning, I asked him a master plumber who has a lot more experienced, he brought one and that plumber did most of the work. The price was a bit high but he gave me a discount because of the previous work that was not successful.

Labor day weekend and we had a toilet back up. Sewage all over our powder room and hallway floor. Worked on it through the day and finally called Roto Rooter at night. After spending time and working hard trying to clear the deain, the gentleman called for help. With lots if high tech instruments, the found where the problem was and how to fix it. Note that this was in the middle of the night on a holiday weekend. A big job, Roto Rooter completed it in a few days (after the weekend) including significant cleanup. They also helped with Insurance claims through the process.

The quoted price to do the job blew my mind.

It worked out well, they did a nice job. They had to use the light that goes under the ground, so it was more expensive.  <br /> <br /> The price was pretty competitive, but expensive I think. There was time that he was late getting there, but he had an excuse he said. They sent somebody else that was on the other side of Atlanta, which was crazy. He did call and let me know. I tried to call to see where he was because I had a lot to do. Then they called back and he called. I think sometimes the people that are setting it up don't live in the same time. They could be in Chicago, and they don't know how far one place in Atlanta is from the other.  <br /> <br /> I would use them again in the future, but hopefully I won't have to for awhile.

They did a real good job but their price was very high. The results were very good.

Good. He found the clog, unclogged it and was done.

Their price was a little steep, but it was worth it.  He repaired something that was not working because it was not put in right.  They do excellent work and they are very thorough.  They were nice and cleaned up well.   I have only used them once, and so far they have impressed me, compared to the other people I have used.
