when I had an issue with the work, I called them back up and they were prompt in coming back out to fix the issue.

Wes and his son arrived on time. They got their needed supplies quickly and did an excellent job. Very personable. I knew what needed to be done and they did it.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Gave me a list of options after diagnosing. Allowed me time to research, no pressure. Clearly explained new product options. Installed new unit same day. Very happy with the service!

WORKED FAST AND ON TIME

I had a problem with a leaking kitchen faucet and garbage disposal unit. They came immediately and both were replaced at a reasonable cost. Rusty, the owner, took the time and explained the proper way to use the disposal unit and picked out a faucet style for me that I really loved! Couldn't ask for more. Pink gets all my plumbing issues going forward. Thanks again.

100% Professional & top notch service ! We had an unknown leak outside the home that was driving up our Water Bill by hundreds of dollars each month . They quickly spotted the issue, returned swiftly and NEATLY repaired the fault , and did it so the yard was left in excellent shape ! I am impressed !

Our water had gone out a week prior to contacting Plumbing in Pink and was told by a different company that it would take another week to order a part to fix it or we could fix the whole unit for a very hefty price. As we got desperate for hot water we called around and quickly found a tech to come out from Plumbing in Pink. They advised it would be better to replace the unit and offered us a great fair price. If you are in the Myrtle Beach or Greenville area I would highly recommend this company!

Very professional, and was able to walk me through routine maintenance so I would not have to call them as often. They have earned my business for any other issues I may have with any plumbing.

Arrived on time, evaluated the problem, provided the charge/price before starting the work, then completed the toilet repair in about one hour. Very friendly and knowedgeable. Advised for us to call with any problems if they occurred. He also took the time to instruct how to clean the jet tub, as we have purchased this house and the tub has not been used in a while (he gave this info because he did not want our grandchildren exposed to mold!) They completed the job as promised. Great customer service. Very friendly and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again. The only negative was the holes drilled in our foundation for the pipes could have been done better.

There was a delay in completing the job due to a problem with the shipping company. Plumbing in Pink came through and finished the job to our satisfaction as soon as the needed part was received.

Hired Plumbing in Pink on Thursday Oct 10, 2019 to repair 2 loose toilets and to unclogged a Faucet aerator. The repair person removed both toilets from the foundation of the floor. After the inspection was completed. they provided us a cost estimate. It was found that both toilet flanges were broken. We were charged $225 to fix one of the toilets however he indicated that he was not able to fix the first floor toilet because he said he did not have the right size flange after trying 2 other sizes. Ken then told us he would come back on Tuesday October 15 at 2 PM with the another flange to fix the toilet. On Tuesday at 12:15, I received a call from Ken indicating that he will not be able to make it to the scheduled appointment and That the owner would come on Wednesday at 3 o?clock to fix the toilet. Today is Wednesday at 3:45pm, no one from plumbing in Pink ever showed or called for the scheduled appointment today. Now I have an unusable toilet sitting in the middle of my bathroom because of incomplete repairs and service which is very frustrating. This is the worst !!!!!! and most unprofessional company I?ve ever dealt with. Never will I use Plumbing in pink again. I do not recommend this company.
