I called Plumbs-Up on a Sunday afternoon expecting to leave a voice mail; instead a real person answered. I told him my needs, and he gave me a window when I could expect a technician. The technician and his assistant arrived the next day during the projected time frame. Technician Anthony had to go and purchase the right sized valves. He took a picture of my old water fixtures, and then very carefully installed two new shut-off water valves. He finished the job quickly and to my husband's satisfaction. After I googled price estimates for water valves, I thought the price charged was reasonable. Anthony is patient answering and explaining any questions you may have.

My girlfriend and I had draining issues in our kitchen and main bathroom. They showed up and quickly identified the issues and walked us step by step on their plan to solve it. Answered all questions and showed us what to look for. Also perfect customer service and would highly recommend.
