Stay away from this company! My boiler install with this company was a total disaster due to incompetent workers who completely and utterly installed my boiler WRONG! Had I not had someone look at the job who had been in the business tell me the job was done completely wrong, total incompetence which would have resulted in disaster if heating season had begun which luckily I hadn't put my thermostat up yet, boiler would have either blown up or would have had a melt down. On top of that the owner lives in Florida while operating this business in NH and has NO office staff, no management and NO after hrs. emergency service. He has a plumbing/water treatment type business in Tavares, FL as well so watch out for a company there with roughly the same name, owner is Bob Areias. I had to fork over $629.90 to repair the DAMAGE done by his installers and was told by the new company to expect problems down the road due to the improper install. I was supposed to have a 1 yr warranty. He promised to have his guys come to repair but no show and in NH, you can't keep chasing a guy who won't return your calls and thenyou corner him at an odd hr when he's not expecting your call and hangs up on you....but then texts you the next day promising to have his guys come over (don't forget owner lives in FL) several times but NO show....in NH you don't chase a corrupt business owner when your heat is concerned. Beware, hire this company ONLY if you want horrific service all the way around, from the mechanical as well as the customer service aspect. All the good ratings you see must be old(er)....maybe he had decent help then and or when he actually was able to manage the business when he lived in NH, but as of October, complete incompetents. Makes me sick to think how f'd over I got with this company. By the way, you see .5 stars because I can't submit this review unless I complete; had I had my way, if there was an option for negative stars, that's what this company deserves. And I'm not the only one who is dissatisfied with him...this is a very small rural community in NH where everyone knows everyone. Oh yeah, if it means anything to anyone reading, this company has a D- rating on the Better Business Bureau's website (BBB).

The owner had an infinite bag of excuses why he couldnâ  t install the unit when he agreed to. It was finally installed in September, 2 months after the contract was signed. Maybe Iâ  ll find a use for it next year.

Workers were timely and friendly. They kept us very informed as the work was being completed. When we had a small issue they came right out and fixed it. All in all they were great. I would hire them and recommend them.

Fit me in during tough holiday time of year, broke down the job so I could understand the steps and were sensibly priced. Best of all, the job was done well. What more do you need from a plumber?

I would hire them again because of their customer service. There was a small problem after they installed my new boiler and they respond very quickly. Good communication too, as well as a great price.

It took over a month to get my furnace working. They seem to be very very busy. When they came everyone was polite and did the job that need to be done. It was just hard to get it done and to get them there. But I suppose this is a state of all plumbers and heat repair people.

Excellent folks to work with and I would hire Plumbsters again in a minute. Bob communicated very well throughout the process and he and the technician he sent out to do the work were both friendly, professional, open and honest, and clearly knew what they were doing. They were willing to accommodate my unique schedule and perform only the portion of the job I asked for (the rest was I was tackling myself). They provided a quote over the phone with the help of some photos I sent and a discussion about the project. Their price was very competitive. The technician was very good about honoring my request for social distancing, mask use, etc.

The experience was overall great, he showed up at the time he stated we were given a hour window. He repaired the toilet with parts I had purchased & the cost of the repair is what I was quoted. I would highly recommend them!

These guys are the best. They do a great job, work hard and do things right. They clean up and are professional and personable. You ought to hire them.
