I called Suzanne after hours and she picked up the phone! This alone warrants 5 stars! I was very surprised since most places use answering services or you'll get a recording. Suzanne indicated when the plumber would be arriving at my place the next day. She called to tell me Jose was on the way. Once Jose arrived, he called me to explain what needed to be done to repair my toilet. I can't recommend Plumex Plumbing enough! They were responsive, knowledgeable and got the job done!

Plumber needed for a home inspection and they responded to my online request immediately. They were available the next day as my timing was very tight. They provided a quote for the necessary work on the day of the inspection, which appeared fair and reasonable. Did not buy the home so can't speak to quality of work.

If you don't book these people you're missing out on: Quality of work Honesty GREAT prices We had them install a USED pedestal sink from a resale shop. They were able to source the proper supplies (since it didn't come with any) and do a great install. We appreciate this family-ran company.
