They lied to me, no itemized invoice. They are overcharging, never provided a written quote, i do not have email address. They are associated with Pipe Doctors, they have 2 names.

Craig and James were very polite, efficient, and cleaned up when done. The entire experience was great! Very happy to have used Pipe Doctor. Would use them again and would recommend them to others.

The Gentleman was very polite and knowledgeable He did exactly what he said he would do. He opened the drain on my bathroom sink he did not try to charge more than his estimate he cleaned up after himself.

I feel that they were very high in their price considering I provided the material and they put it in.

Lady end me an e mail and said she called several times and left messages. BUT my phone never rand and of course there was NO message. And she gave me a different price for an estimate. Not trained well.

Price was extremely high. The quote coming in the door was $265 to change a faucet. I purchased the wrong type of faucet and they picked one up. Ended up needing a valve replaced in the hit water side. $369 total. Way too much for this type of job, but we needed it replaced and had taken off work to have it done. Two other companies quoted $150, coming in and I wish I had gone with one of them. Good work but way too expensive.

DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY OR AT LEAST ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES. WANTED AN ESTIMATE FIRST AND HE CALLED SAYING HE WAS IN THE AREA. AFTER HE STOPPED, IF HE DIDN'T DO THE WORK, I STILL HAD TO PAY THE SERVICE CALL OF $ 39.00> i MUST HAVE BEEN RIPEDOFF IN THE PAST BECAUSE i PAID FROM ANOTHER PLUMBER $ 220.00 FOR A CLOGGED DRAIN IN MY KITCHEN. NOT KNOWING THE FEES AND I HAD A DRIPPING FAUCET IN MY KITCHEN WHICH WAS DRIVING ME NUTS. WHEN THIS COMPANY, PLUMBERS ENTERPRISES IS CALLED, JUST WANTED TO COME TO THE RESIDENCE FOR A QUOTE. ONCE HE QUOTED IT, IF i DIDN'T WANT THE WORK DONE, THE SERVICE CALL WAS $ 39.00. TO REWORK THE PUMPING TO ADD SHUT OFF VALVES AND PUT IN THE NEW FAUCET I bought and provided, HE QUOTED $ 582.00. NOT KNOWING WHAT IS INVOLVED, TIME FACTOR OR THE GOING RATE OF LABOR, I AGREED. HE WAS HERE JUST OVER A HOUR TO 1 1/2 HOURS FOR THAT RATE. THE MORE I THOUGHT ABOUT IT, IT WAS RIDICULOUS. AFTER THE FACT, JUST CALLING PLUMBERS IN THE YELLOW PAGES INSTEAD, THEY QUOTED THAT JOB AT $ 150.00 TO $ 200.00. FUNNY HOW SOME PEOPLE ON THE REVIEWS ARE SATISFIED WITH THERE SERVICE AND THERE IS A FEW THAT WERE OVER CHARGED. ONE OF THESE GUYS MUST BE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF CERTAIN PEOPLE. WORK MIGHT HAVE BEEN FINE, JUST OVER PAID $ 400.00 TOO MUCH AND I PROVIDED THE NEW FAUCET. THIS BILLING, IF I EVER GET ONE, WAS ALSO NOT PROVIDED AT THE TIME THEY WERE HERE! NATURALLY, HOME ADVISOR CAN'T REALLY DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS CO., SO THEY SAY. DIDN'T GET A CALL BACK FROM THEM EITHER. NOT USING EITHER AGAIN!!!

$474 to install my $100 disposer. 2 men, 2 hrs = about $120 per hour each for what one person could have done in the same time. If I hadn't been under extreme time pressure I would have declined the service after receiving the on-site quote. Workers were polite and did a great job, even wore "footies" to avoid making a mess on the floor.

Efficient worker, polite and friendly. Time will tell if the job was done well.
