Duane was so prompt to help with my fridge, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Service Plus Repairs.

Duane quickly found the problem and fixed it on the spot. We needed a quick turn-around time, and Duane was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule the next day! Knowledgeable and helpful. We’ll definitely use him for any of our appliances in the future.

Customer service was great. Technician came out on a service call, and did an inspection. I was informed of what the issue was, and the repair was completed the same day. The entire repair did not take long at all. The Technician provided professional and quality service!

Heating element went out on dryer he came in next day pulled it apart and diagnosed the problem had the part the next day. Very knowledgeable and nice man. I was very satisfied and due to the fact I called 3 other people and no one wanted to mess with my samsung dryer due to having to completely take it apart, I'm grateful! I highly recommend did a solid for me. Thanks again 😁

Duane Armstrong diagnosed the problem immediately and ordered a replacement part. He's very knowledgable and efficient The part arrived the following afternoon, and he installed it the next morning.

He was very professional i would hire him again. And recommend him to any body he was quick and did the job right. He explained what he doing the whole time.

Worse customer service ever. Hired through a home warranty, and would NEVER allow my home warranty to book this rude, and non-responsive company again. He spent 2 minutes looking at the washin' machine, never filled out the estimate for repairs, which delayed my home warranty from taking action. He did not return my calls nor the calls / email from the home warranty company. Service Plus should absolutely be removed from any home warranty company's list of vendors. Terrible !

Duane or Dwayne does not know how to get into a big condo building. After the 2nd try of his not coming at the appointed time, he was literally outside the building and called my wife instead of my mother in law who is the client. He said " IT"S NOT WORTH IT - the building's too big, I can't find a place to park, I'm just leaving." He was ast the parking place. My wife said she would tell him the entrance code, she called her mother who went out on the balcony to tell him she would let him in. He was already driving away. He HUNG UP on my wife, who could have gotten him in in 3 minutes but he said "It's not worth it. I'm leaving." My wife called him back to tell him my mother in law was outside waiting for him and he refused to turn around. My daughter called him 8 minutes later. Again, he refused to return - incredibly rude!!! These people are used by American Home shield. My wife is a realtor and will never recommend American Home Shield again nor use Service Plus for anything.
