He talks a good game but at the end he is a scam, he just delays and delays and at the end just ghost you him and his girlfriend too.

BEWARE OF SCAM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Please read his reviews, he has 6 complaints with BBB, a one-star rating on Yelp, plus multiple people saying he took their money and did not do the work. Devon came out to our house in June. We were looking to refinish our bathroom cabinets and get a new counter. He was nice and seemed professional. He had a great price and wrote up a contract. I was stupid enough to pay the 50% deposit ($1227) with a check because he told me he had problems with people paying with a credit card and refuting the charges. We are in the process of a large remodel so I told him we would not be able to get started until that work was completed. I reached out to him at the end of July saying we were ready to get started. He initially replied, but then when I asked him when he can come to start the work he did not reply. I sent him 4 text messages and left several voicemails. I even tried calling from a different number hoping he would pick up. Then I came back to Thumbtack to discover that since we hired him he now has 2 new 1-star reviews, both saying that he is a thief and took their money and did not do the work and wont respond. DO NOT USE HIM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED. I have filed a complaint with Thumbtack and hoping they will provide a partial refund. What he is doing is so wrong!

He refuses to return phone calls he takes your money and does not do the job.

Devin just finished putting new doors on all my kitchen and made 6 new drawers. His work is beyond all my expectations. Devin was very diligent and professional and the job was excellent. You might have to have a little patience with him, but he wonâ t disappoint you. I wish him well and hope his business is very successful. He gets 5 stars from me.

They took on too many jobs, more than they could handle and now their customers are hanging in the wind without any jobs started. It is very unprofessional from him to not return any phone calls or messages and ghost their customers and is also very unprofessional to not return deposits when their jobs have not started and still expect to get paid in a timely manner.

We contracted west shore thru the angi website. Not many reviews but decent rating at the time. Trystin came out to house to do estimate very professional and worked with my wife to design the kitchen etc. We have her a check for half the job 2/16. Install date was supposed to be done end of April , which I pushed back because of work meetings that required travel. When coming back home from work told wife to contact Trystin or Devin the owner. Devin the owner did come out and measure with another gentlemen from chicago he was training. He did respond to my wife?s text at the beginning. My wife tried contacting on may 7 and no answer. She also attempted on may 9 no answer. I finally started calling Devin continuously after reading some reviews not gonna lie feeling anxious and nervous about reviews. I didn?t get an answer until calling 3-4 times in a row. He texted me stop blowing up my phone that he?s busy and that he would call me back in the evening. No call of course in the evening and I texted him next morning that I just wanted to speak to him to get an idea where we were at in the project. Finally on may 10 th today I called angi customer support and he responded after me filing complaint. I spoke to Devin owner and he had some Buisness issues that hindered his operations. Unfortunately stuff like this happens and I?m sympathetic in these tuff times. I asked him to please refund me my deposit since he?s delayed and backed up with work plus other issues. I just hope he?s honest and that in the end we get our hard earned deposit back especially that work is slower. If he refunds us our deposit in a timely fashion then I will update review, but at this moment communication has been poor and I hope we can finally just move on with correct ethic and values.

West Shore Cabinetry did an amazing job on renovating my kitchen. It turned out so much better than I could have imagined. I went with white shaker cabinets and a quartz countertop. I also used their electrician and he did a great job on pointing out future issues. I would definitely recommend Devin and the entire team at West Shore Cabinetry. Thanks!

May 2nd 2022: I could not be happier with my kitchen cabinet completed project, done by West Shore Cabinetry, LLC. Devin, the owner of the company, worked diligently all weekend, 10-12 hours a day, to complete my kitchen project. His work is impeccable and he definitely knows what he is doing and I am so grateful! Trystin, the sales rep, was the reason I signed the contract with West Shore Cabinetry, LLC. She is absolutely amazing! Trystin always returned my phone calls and text messages and was kind and helpful throughout the process. She is an amazing and talented young lady and it was a pleasure to work with her. Devin and Trystin make a great team! I am so happy with the end result of this project that I will probably be using Westshore Cabinetry, LLC for my future bathroom projects.

A representative of the company came to give an appraisal of the job which I requested. The project was a complete kitchen redo They were very convincing that they would do an excellent job. She said the contractor/owner would do the blueprint and measurements. I was given a date and he came and did all of that. Signed contract and agreed on a date. I gave a deposit of $5376 which is half of the project. The starting date was to be between March 14th and April 11th. So far nothing has been done. According to the reviews people are having the same problems that I am. He is not showing up for work, returning calls, or emails.UPDATE as of April 25. â ¦ Since then they have started the work and promise to complete within a week or two. I will do another review after satisfaction of the job. UPDATE MAY 9, Still nothing done and no word when it will be done. Being patient but already one month after promised date. Would like to have something definite instead of promises that I Will be happy when done. SO WHEN WILL THAT HAPPEN! So far not happy.

KEY POINTS: DISHONEST, SUMMARY of CONTRACTOR , DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACTOR I have a condo in Miami that does not have a large kitchen and I wanted it to be resurfaced. I contacted West Shore Cabinetry after getting their name from Home Advisor.com and I signed a contract on 2-3-22, written by the sales person Trystin Durban, ( which may or may not be her name) . I wrote them a check for $3500. The owner, named Devin, who came out and measured the cabinets in February 2022, was supposed to start Monday 4-18-22 and I had contacted him and Trystin multiple times and after a while they did not return any of my calls or messages. Needless to say, they are not interested in doing the job and they stole my money $3500 and after three months, have done nothing for me. At this point I would, simply like a refund for the whole amount and if he refunds it I will remove or take down my review. BEWARE #1: This guy is nothing but a thief. He stole my money and had NO intention of doing the job. BEWARE # 2: This guy could be operating under a different company or contractor name and he could be pulling the same stunt right now or in the future, either in South Florida ( SE. ) , Tampa, North Florida, Florida Keys , North Florida or any other part of Florida or even another state. He and his accomplice or another accomplice could be doing the same stunt on different websites. DESCRIPTION: This guy Devin, if that is his actual name, could be going by a last name of: Miles or Spalding or he could be going by Marcus Pharo, or something else etc. He is a young guy either in his late 20 s or early 30 s, looks to be Caucasian, around 5 10 maybe around 175 LBS, with brownish short hair ( a couple of months ago) And his sales person, named Trystin Durban, if that is her actual name, looks to be Caucasian, in her late 30 s to early 40 s, around 5 6 , possible around 130 LBS , with long brownish- blond hair, which could be colored ( a couple of months ago). They could be going by another company name other than West Shore Cabinetry LLC. It is even possible that he could have changed his appearance, grown his hair longer, died it dark brown or black or blond or grown a beard. BEWARE # 3 It is also possible that his reviews are phony and were written by his friends or by himself using different email addresses I work very hard, sometimes 6-7 days a week and nobody ever gives me anything for free. To make $3500 I would have to work hundreds of hours, many times for 6-7 days a week. And I definitely don t appreciate anybody taking advantage of me.

My husband and I worked with Devin Miles and his Team at West Shore Cabinetry to reface existing kitchen cabinetry and countertops in a home we recently purchased. Trystin spent time with us making recommendations on the cabinetry and quartz selections available to us. Devin Miles is highly skilled and the quality and workmanship he and his team delivered was absolutely top notch. We cannot express enough how extremely satisfied we are with West Shore Cabinetry! Thank you, Devin, for everything.

Great experience with West Shore Cabinetry. Devin was professional, highly skilled and accommodating. When I made a last minute request, he was happy to make changes. The entire team was polite, prompt and a pleasure to work with. Even better, they were the least expensive of the three estimates I received. We are delighted with our new kitchen.

Devin is a very persuasive sales person. Unfortunately, did not follow through with customer contact. Finally, he returned our money and any business with him is null and void. So he is in fact honest, just difficult to deal with because of lack of communication on his part.

Was a great well rounded experience! Everyone was awesome! Great energy and team! Very professional and well mannered! Great quality of work and very good material! Iâ  ll recommend to anyone and will use them again in the future!

Do not hire this man yet. He said he is refunding my deposit for a job he never finished. If and when I get it I will know he is actually sorry for the mess he made of this job, and will change this review.

Highly recommend West Shore Cabinetry for any cabinetry work! We have a large kitchen (46 doors and 11 drawers!) and the old cabinets were thermofoil, which were starting to peel. As you can imagine, replacing all of the cabinets would have been a significant expense. Luckily, the cabinet boxes were in good condition so we decided to have them refaced. Devin was a pleasure to work with and the installers were absolutely awesome! They were pleasant, professional and (most importantly) perfectionist. They took the time to make sure all the doors and handles lined up properly and they made sure we were happy with the completed work. Very happy customers!

Extremely pleased with West Shore Cabinetry from the initial contact to the finished project. Devin was super friendly, professional, highly attentive and made cost-saving suggestions as well as providing options. He was easy to work with and prompt. West Shore Cabinetry set a date for the install, confirmed and arrived on that date. They left my kitchen cleaned up and vacuumed every day. The finished project is beautiful and I could not be happier!

I am extremely pleased with the kitchen cabinet refacing that was completed in my home in Naples. The quality of the doors are excellent and it was completed 1 month earlier than scheduled. The workmen were very professional, quiet and cleaned up the kitchen area every day prior to leaving. They even made a special return trip to install the door handles which I ordered but were not delivered on time. I would definitely recommend this company.

We recently had our kitchen done by West Shore Cabinetry. It was a great experience from beginning to end! They did an amazing job helping us choose the best cabinet doors for our space, and they even made an extra trip when I changed my mind on the color. Overall it was a very quick process with amazing results. We also had use of the kitchen throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it and we love the final result!
