Kitchen Remodel
He gave us a quote and we signed a contract. He misquoted and decided he lost money so he quit before finishing the job. Now we have to pay more money to have it finished with someone else. He did not cover the outside of a window, there is water damage, he did not smooth the drywall, missed spots on the painting and also did not measure the doors in the cabinetry and some drawers are longer than others. The trimming is also sticking out. He left us with a leak in the sink, the grout and some tiles got cracked in the bathroom.
