I d like to thank Donald verge from pocono home exteriors for making our siding project a simple easy process and for the quality and great work of the workers in his employ. I also was impressed with the timely Manner in which the job was completed and the cleanup that followed. I would highly recommend Pocono Home exteriors!

Have recently completed a roof and siding replacement with Don Verge, owner of Pocono Home Exteriors. Both were over 20 years old and in need of repair and replacement. Having obtained proposals from a number of siding and roofing contractors we selected Don to do the project. We found Don to be as committed to the success of our project as we were. From start to finish Don was there to answer questions, resolve issues and make sure the job came out right. We were impressed with Donâ s knowledge of siding and the lifetime of home improvement experience he brought to the table. During the initial site inspection Don took the time to explain why the existing siding had failed and the steps he would take to ensure the new installation would be of higher quality. His experience in the business was also very useful in selecting the final siding style and color. Making a large investment like this is truly a leap of faith, but we felt comfortable leveraging Donâ s advice. He knew the right questions to ask in order to lead us to good decisions and a great result. Don explained the various phases of the project and how the installation would run from start to finish. Moreover, his attention to detail helped us get a complete scope of both project nuances and total cost. Throughout the project Don kept us apprised of any scheduling changes, usually due to weather. He was always available to answer our questions. Any issues that came up either during or at the end of the project were promptly addressed without reserve and to my complete satisfaction. As I have said, Don was committed to the success of our project and we are happy to have followed his advice and suggestions as our house has truly gone through a beautiful transformation. I have used Pocono Home Exteriors in the past for new windows and just like the last time, I was not dissapointed. My new roof looks great! It was finished in less than a day and new gutters were installed the following morning. Just like the last time, they cleaned up all debris before leaving. Don Verge is great to work with. He answered all my question and returned every call and text within minutes. I will definitely hire them again when I need work done on my house.

I had the existing siding removed and new vinyl siding installed. Great customer service and great work. I was very happy and would highly recommend. The owner Don is the most responsive contractor I have ever dealt with. He always got back to me very quickly

My experience with Don Verge, owner of Pocono Home Exterior, was very unprofessional. I inquired Don for installation of vinyl siding, everything stated in the initial consultation sounded outstanding, however, none of it was true. Upon signing a contract with Don, 1/4 payment was given at his request, 1 day later Don requested another 1/4 payment upon measurement of house and to order material needed for the job, so payment was given. He also stated job would be under way in 3 weeks, job was started 3 MONTHS later. During initial consultation, Don stated he has crews that does the work, not true, Don sub contracts all work to different companies. All work performed on my home was done with extremely poor craftsmanship. All work completed on my home must be ripped down and reinstalled correctly by a professional contractor, as I have three estimates all stating work must be redone. I am very disappointed with this company and the way I was treated. Don was given 50% of payments and never started working for over 90 days and now all work must be redone. after the horrible job and the amount of money I paid I sued Don Verge, and Pocono home exteriors, as they counter sued me and after all the facts and proof submitted to the district court I won a judgment against don verge and Pocono home exteriors but that judgment went unsatisfied by Don Verge as I never received any payment of what was awarded to me by the district court. I now have a lien against Don Verge waiting to have the amount satisfied im still waiting

The job was done on time, to our complete satisfaction. As an FYI, they had to deal with a 200+ year old home, different size siding all over, etc. They did an absolutely great job.

Workmanship was excellent. Workers were friendly and answered all of our questions. It was a pleasure working with Don and his crew..

John provided excellent customer service, and showed up when he said he would. His price was a little more tha,n some of my lower estimates, but I went with my gut and the quality of the job out weighed the difference. I have dealt with quite a few contractors during my remodel and I wish I had met him before I hired out for some of my other jobs. Thanks again, pat

Pleasant and professional from start to finish. Unlike many other Pennsylvania contractors PHE LLC started when they said they would, stayed with the job until finished and phoned practically every AM to advise they were on the way ( or not when weather made it impossible to work) In addition, they not only lived up to the contract but also went beyond what was requirted to ensure a satisfactory completion of the job. A flirst class operation.

Description of work was accurate. Work was done in a timely manner. Materials were exactly what was ordered. No surprises. Staff was friendly and businesslike. Cleanup was complete. Quality of work is high. We love how the finished product looks.

Don & Tony, were unbelievable. Their men were on time, & did a fantastic job. The house is older so I was worried about the fit but the windows & doors fit like a glove. If there is ANY problems, one may have they were right there to listen & fix it. There were so respectable, honest, & I would & have tell anyone (and have) to hire this company. They fixed things that were not even in the contract. You will never find people like that around here. Please folks if you are looking for windows & doors---HIRE THIS COMPANY. It would be 5 stars, but there were some communication issues while the project was going on. I was certainly happy with the final result, but the communication could use a little work. The price was fantastic (considerably less than the other guys), and the product and results were great. I'm so much happier with my siding than the original, and I can't imagine how must colder this awful winter would have been without the insulation under the siding!

Lets see,1. I had to unload windows myself, they didn't show up til 11 am. 2. They remove old aluminum windows with a circular saw which left metal everywhere inside and out. 3. Didn't have the tools needed to do the job.(roof jacks, ext. cords). Day 2 , Didn�t show till 11 am, wrong color capping metal ( color I picked discontinued??but was not called). 2. Didn�t have enough caulk to complete job( I did it). Did I mention that all the windows were measured short , but that�s why they make quarter round which almost covered the gap.

We replaced the windows and siding and the job went through without a hitch. Both Don and Tony were very attentive to our needs and with several visits made sure the job got done correctly and on time. I can't find words to express our deep satisfaction with their work and customer service attitude from the initial sales call to the final site cleanup. The work was done as promised with only a one day lost because of bad weather. There were no delays because of missing material or absent workers, a plus from our point of view. Dealing with this company was a pleasure and a first class experience.

They did a good job in a short amount of time. And, after 6 months I have not seen any linterior leaks. My only complaint is that when I had my house painted several months later the painters said the roof shingles in places had shed a lot of surface texture. I called the roofer and he said he would come back and take a look and never did.

They responded/communicated with me quickly and professionally. They were friendly and helpful in explaining their work and products used. They completed the work on schedule and I was pleased with the final product.
