Asphalt Paving Installation

They promised to do extra work and did not do and refused to finish the job after I paid in full extras included. The pavement seems to be done well but that is something that takes time to really know. I did tell them the water at the road is not passing through and said I will come back to see. Never did. I paid cash that was a mistake on myself. If I used my credit card I could have got help from the credit card co. Do not pay this co. The cash you will have no recourse after you pay.
