I was looking for someone to take care of the water problem I have, I came across pocono water that was on Angie list there were a few there and I filled out the page and Mark from pocono water called me that day. Now I just moved to pa and had so.e really bad experiences with other contractors. So I made an appointment with Mark and he came at the ti.e he said. He would he tested the water and explained what the problem was and then gave me the Quote for the job and .ark was just Down to earth and a great guy & a gentleman and I hired him to do the job we made a date to do it and like othe contractors up in pa they make an appointment and never show up BUT MARK HE WAS ON TIME AND WITH HIS BROTHER TONY ANOTHER GREAT GUY THEY DID THE JOB FOR ME AND EVERYTHING TURNED OUT AS PLANNED. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING THAT I HAD QUESTIONS FOR AND THEN SOME VERY NEAT THE JOB CAME OUT PERFET NO GLITHES THE PRICE HE QUOTED WAS THE PRICE I PAID AND HE WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH MY WIFE TOO. NOW IM A UMBER BY TRADE FROM NYC LOCAL 1 PLUMBERS UNION AND I. SET IN MY WAYS ABOUT HOW A JOB SHOULD COME OUT. MARK &TONY DID A FANTASTIC JOB COVERED ALL BASES AND WERE JUST REGULAR AND DOWN TO EARTH GUYS. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL, I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT POCONO WATER " THEY ARE MY GO TO GUYS FROM NOW ON THEY ARE JUST FANTASTIC, THANK YOU MARK & TONY FOR A GREAT JOB IM GOING TO RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE THEY WONT LET YOU DOWN!! Called for free water and estimate on Friday. Came to my house on Saturday, tested water, reviewed my options. Reviewed price. Installed Monday afternoon. Doesnâ t get any better than this.

Horrible company. They installed a unit that never worked. It caused a leak, charged to fix the leak they caused. Then never answered a call for two years. After two years of calling every month, they showed up and refused to refund a unit that never worked in the first place. I am eating the bill because their money back guarantee is just a ploy to hook in more business. Hope you have better luck.

Pocono water center, Inc did an amazing job on our water treatment service. This guy was on time for our appointment and was very knowledgeable also showed my husband ways to maintain our water treatment purification system. I will definitely hire this company again also recommend to friends or family.

Didn't try to oversell me on systems I didn't need

I have been using Pocono Water Center for several years. They now maintain my water treatment system. They always show up for the appointment and are great to deal with. Delighted. These guys called promptly, and scheduled on the spot. They kept their schedule, came on time, gave me an estimate, and prepared to leave, no pressure, no sales tactics, just, "This is what we think you need, this is what it will cost you, and this is when we can do the work." They came back to work at the day and time promised.. They were pleasant, respectful of Covid-19 protocols, tidy, quick, and quiet. When they were done, my new water softener system worked as promised, with huge improvements over the last system. I am delighted with the service and the outcome. I will mention them to anyone who needs water related services.

I had contacted 3 different businesses about my water containing iron and a sulfur smell. All 3 did return my calls. One company came up tested the water coming from the well and agreed with my findings, then gave me a $1500.00 quote to fix it. Second company informed me of a website to check out. And the last company, Pocono Water Center, came to my house, performed tests on the water before and after my water treatment unit. The test were done right in front of me, and they informed me my unit was in good working order and basically just needed to be serviced. They did the service right then, explained what they were doing and why it was needed. Turns out my filter unit was low on media. The filled it and readjusted the timers on my units to flush as needed. The gentlemen where presentable, took covid safety measures, and were very friendly. I went from looking at a $1500.00 bill to the cost of a service call. Saved me a large chuck of money. I would definitely recommend this company.
