Had to let him go. He said project would take 3 days to complete, after 30 days the project wasn't completed. He kept putting us off after we paid him in full. Quality of work was questionable.

Toilet was 22 inches from the wall. Hot and cold color piping was reversed so it made final hook up difficult. Subfloor was not even and so it did not make for a smooth vinyl floor. Water leaked on the ceiling below and was told it would be repaired and wasn't. Gave quote of $1800.00 to do the job and then charge $2500.00 and did less work than was promised. Paid for an upgrade in water lines to increase water pressure in the and the water pressure is the same. We are very unhappy and would recommend people to never use this contractor.

He is very reliable, very timely, does excellent work. He is able to come up with cost efficient work. He did work in my business and has done my things in my 1858 historic home, really knows how to do the work. He is very good at custom homes.
