Excellent, prompt, professional service at a fair and competitive price. Josh is a real gentleman who came out promptly after first contact and quickly turned-around a detailed estimate. Katlyn and Lyndsey in the office were fast, efficient, and clear with communications. Dan, Chuck, and Wayne were hard-workers who took great care and pride in their work and made certain it was right, and they were simply nice guys too. The Pohlman folks are our new go to plumbing professionals.

We are renovating our main bath and converting it to two new bathrooms. We needed to rough-in plumbing for 2 toilets, 3 sinks, a shower, and a tub and have the rough-in inspected because the job is permitted. Pohlman responded to our request for service quickly and scheduled the work promptly. The overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Their system works very well and they seem to have good inside communications. The estimator/project manager (Josh) is knowledgeable, courteous, and a good communicator. The office coordinator (Caitlin) is really on top of things and knows how to work with clients, and the team that showed up to do the work (Tom and Sterling) was highly skilled and also knows how to work with clients. The rough-in passed the county inspection first time, no issues. We have already referred them and will continue to do so. Nice job!

I hired Pohlman to inspect my pipes after my water bill increased threefold. They were quick to get in contact with me and schedule a date. They did a thorough inspection and listed needed repairs in writing. I will probably have them back to do the repairs, pending financial ability to do so. I would definitely hire them again.

They indicated in the estimate that they could repair the concrete oin the driveway they had to remove but on the day of service I was informed that they could not. Other wise I was very swatisfied with there work. I would use them again.

I needed a main water line replacement. These guys were the cheapest estimate by far out of 4 reputable estimates that I got. They provided high quality work. Also, this is a family owned business which I love. The technicians were courteous and responsive to my needs. They answered all my questions and I had everything in writing down to the t before the job started (no hidden costs). They left the job site impeccable. I am absolutely satisfied with their work and professionalism and will recommend them to everyone.

Pohlman Brothers created a basement bathroom in my daughter's house. They excavated the concrete floor and ground to install drain pipes and moved an existing laundry sink. They installed piping as well as a tub/shower, toilet, and sink. They are very professional, flexible, and provide excellent workmanship. All of their work was permitted and passed inspection. This is the second time I have used Pohlman Brothers for a significant remodel project and highly recommend them.

Be sure to understand the contract expiration date.

What I thought I was getting for my money was not what I got. I told the person who came to give me the estimate I wanted the whole sewer lines replaced. I showed him all the pipes were replaced and that I needed to replace the sewer lines. They only replaced the line outside and not the one in the basement. I was not happy because I could have gotten the whole thing replaced for $200.00 less but I went with this company because he was so convincing. I am very disappointed. Customer service was fine but disappointing at the same time. Everyone was not on the same page.

They came out as promised and did everything they could to keep the costs down. Unfortunately, had to have entire water line replaced. Used underground technology so there was minimal damage to yard. They were very professional and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE PLUMBER, JAKE WAS EXCELLENT.....ON TIME WITH EXCELLENT CLEANUP. I HAD NEW WATER HEATER INSTALLED, AND 2 NEW COMMODES INSTALLED AND REMOVED. TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE AND EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS. 5 STARS ON PROJECT BELOW Pohlman tore out an old bathtub and installed new tile on the floor and a new shower. EXC outstanding family run company...from the scheduler Cynthia to all the employees. Coty did most of the work, and J.T. assisted him. It was a four day project and they worked around us. They thoroughly cleaned up EACH day, which made things so much easier on us since we are all handicapped in the house.
