The technician was prompt and courteous, he explained exactly what he was applying and why.

On the first visit the tech didn't find the bee nest that I hired them for. I had a small unwanted tree in that area and as I was cutting branches I got stung 7 times on the 2nd visit the tech finally found and removed a 3 square foot nest. I will see if the bees are gone during the next week. I would not recommend this company

They came out and set traps, haven't heard from them since but looking forward to their next monthly visit.

Technician came the next day. Very courteous and professional. Did thorough inspection and found / repaired most likely entry point. Problem was eliminated. Will return for follow up in 30 days. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone at Pointe is helpful, polite, and very clear about what their services are. I never felt that they were only concerned about the bottom line - they are truly a customer service company.

I thought no one was able to help with our ant problem. This year has been horrible for everyone we know. Still, Pointe developed a strong plan and followed through. We've seen only one in the past week. (Began 5 weeks ago.) Amazing. Most important, you did not spray insecticide all over the inside of our home. They kept the poison down to a minimum and still did a great job. Our tech, Marvel, is fantastic as well. He doesn't miss a thing and is always so happy and nice. Who knew that an exterminator visit could be such a positive experience. Worth the extra cost for a job well done.

Still had problems after they treated the house. Tried to contact them numerous times with no results! Very disappointed!!!

Their technician (Dan) was very customer friendly and knowledgeable. He provided a very detailed explanation of our problem after his assessment that included possible entrance points and corrected actions. After two weeks it may be too early to say problem is resolved but it appears so. We hired Pointe to perform monthly services and are confident our facility is being treated with quality and competent pest control practices. The initial assessment and monthly fees are very reasonable.

Dan was friendly and knowledgeable, set mouse/rat traps and caulked openings around the house. Hopefully this gets them out of my wall and away from the house for a long time. I also signed up for their quarterly bug spray treatments, discounted w/ the rodent control, but the stink bugs, spiders, ants were insane last year. The box store spray did nothing. He even sprayed my massive shed down , no extra cost. Hopefully a year of their help and I can maintain it for a while on my own after that . Good work!

They promised to return as often as necessary to finish the job.

Called immediately! Came in the time frame they said! Completed the job the same day as request for service for a wasp/hornet nest removal on our house! Phone service friendly courteous and stuck with quote of the cost. Technician profession, nice, courteous and efficient! I will definitely call them again if a pest gets in our way again:)
