I am very unpleased with the work performed by Point to Point. They backed out of part of the contract and failed to totally finish the work that they started. There was several workmanship features the local inspector wanted them to correct and they failed to comply. My last contact was by telephone advising me that the supplier had not been paid for material and was placing a lien on my home. I've tried several times to contact Point to Point to get the job completed to no avail. With the service I received I would not recommend them.

I believe this company has gone out of business. From the other ratings it appears that at least the concrete side of the business was taking money for work that never got completed. I paid half of a retaining wall project that was never started. I spoke with one of the owners and I believed him when he said he would still do the job even though his partner was leaving the concrete business. I'm disappointed that for the last 1.5 he is no longer returning my calls to his cell phone. The office phone is disconnected.

They gave me a bid and said they would be done in 3 weeks. 5 weeks later they finally came and formed for the patio. Then I did not see them for another week. After calling 2 or 3 times daily, they said they would be there to pour the next day but then called back and said they had bid it wrong and needed more money. I would stay away from them if you want the job done with people you can trust. They lied the entire time about when they were going to show up. I had to fire them and hire someone else to do the actual pour.

The job was botched, they didn't live up to the terms of the contract and they didn't pay the concrete company so they're putting a lean on my home. Two other neighbors used them and they also had problems. They didn't finish the driveway on one home and didn't give the lien waiver to the other home. Point to Point gave the concrete company the checks but then turned around and stopped payment on them. They also did not get the permit from the city as required.

Signed contract on June 30, 2006 for new concrete driveway to be installed within 30 days. I paid a $1,200 deposit and no work was done as of August 22, 2006. Clld office for a firm start date, no calls returned. I faxed letter requesting refund of deposit for breach of contract due to non-performance, no repsonse from contracter. I called the office today (8/23/06) phone is disconnected. Will try to seek legal action to get my deposit back.

Fraud! They came out to my place to get a 50% deposit for patio installation. The salesman said they would call to schedule that night and never did. It has been a month and have not recieved my deposit back. They will not return my calls and are not at there office. I am having to take them to small claims court. They have not done any work.

This company took our deposit, and never started the job. Contract stated job would be completed by July 31, 2006, or we would be refunded. As of today, we have not received our $1210.00. I went to their office and was asked to leave.

I can't rate what I never got. The company really needs lessons in communication and customer relations. I gave them a deposit and expected the job to be done done Friday the 11th as scheduled and confirmed. I am out of town working and they assured my that everything would be fine. My wife took an "unpaid" day off work to be at home as they did the job. They never showed up, never called to say they would not be coming. My first impression of this company is very poor, if and when the job is ever done, I will rate the quality of theirr work which I hope is significantly better than their ability to communicate!!!

I worked with John. He was very helpful and courteous. Twice the crew did not show up when they were supposed to and no one called to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. While I am partly to blame for communication problems, there were other communication problems as well. Also, I had to have them come back and redo some of the work. Granted, it was very hot out, but the work was not what I wanted and sloppy the first time. John was very good about coming back out to the house and going over everything with me. And the crew returned the second time and did a very nice job fixing what was wrong and what I wanted changed.

They worked hard in extreme heat. However, the folks in the air conditioned office didn't communicate to me when they would come to do the work. Wasn't exactly as the contract said, but everything worked out. The concrete is not as smooth as I would like, it is a little rough and rocky.

Received quote, signed contract and paid downpayment in July with the understanding that I would receive a phone call to schedule the patio installation prior to the work beginning. I have not received a call and when I call the office number, it has been disconnected. To date, I have not received responses to my phone calls and I do not have a patio.
