Red Bear Mechanical

Red Bear Mechanical has been servicing my heating and airconditioning needs for the 10 years that I've owned my home. I have always been very satisfied with their very courteous and professional service. Last year I had to buy a brand new heating & air conditioning unit. The old one was 27-yrs old and died. The follow up service for the past year on the unit has been outstanding. Lately, I was hearing a strange noise when the A/C would turn on. The service technician, Steven Severn, who came out quickly found a small amount of insulation had gotten caught in the fan, that blows the air into the house, and removed the foreign material. No more strange noise. A special thank you to Steven and everone at Red Bear Mechanical for always taking such great care of me.

Very professional., very nice personable people The office staff is knowledgeable , they answer their phones or get right back to you, unlike so many businesses now. They are licensed, again a big plus when dealing with boilers. The work was done in a timely manner and the room was clean when they left. They checked back to make sure everything was working properly. Iâ ve told my friends about them already.

Red Bear Mechanical is the best ! I had a breaker box problem as one side of the home had electricity and the other side did not and perhaps this was the problem. I had called the 1st company and when the service man came I explained this as the Electric Contractor I had contacted to come and fix the breaker box had not been to my home as yet and perhaps this could be the problem. The service man said that no gas was getting to the furnace **did I have gas and I said I did as the hot water heater and kitchen range were both gas and working**The service man then asked to see the breaker box and stated that the furnace switch was off and proceeded to try to light the furnace again he then said that there was no gas getting to the furnace and that it was a valve problem that he could replace if he could find one as my furnace was old and would need to be replaced anyway and when I asked what this would entail the price seemed rather high, so I went to home adviser and decided to call Red Bear. Red Bear came today I explained that the furnace was not working and what the other Company had told me he then looked at the breaker box and they got the pilot light on and it is working. I asked him what it would cost to replace the furnace and the price was reasonable and I agree with the reviews on Home Adviser Working Owner very proficient, professional and if you want someone you can trust call Red Bear.

The installation was completed quickly (under 4 hours) and professionally. The crew removed most of the package materials. The mini split air conditioner works as advertised.

Red Bear (Michael) was great to work with replacing the HVAC in my home. Michael was always prompt and answered my questions very well. Also, very quick turnaround getting the estimate to me. Installation went smoothly and I expect to be happy with this unit for years. I would definitely hire Red Bear again; may use them for plumbing in the future.

Talk about an HONEST COMPANY!!. We had a prior company come out first as my husband found this other company in the phone book. NOT only did the first company charge us to come out, they stated they could TRY and fix it but it would possibly be over $1000.00 and not guarantee my air conditioner would work and that they recommended a new one. For ONE part that the other company told us it would be over $250.00. Then the invoice the other company sent us was over $10,000.00. I questioned that so I decided to get on Home Advisor for other bids as I needed to know if this OTHER company was correct or nuts. Well, the other company was nuts. That same part was only $25.00 through RED BEAR MECHANICAL . Not only did they contact me right a way, they came to the house two days later, fixed it that day which works terrific and we paid only under $150.00, and RED BEAR MECHANICAL does not charge to come out and take a look to find the problem-FREE ESTIMATE!!. Comes to find out the OTHER company works on COMMISSION-GO FIGURE and oh ya, they also told my husband we need a new furnace in order to fix the air conditioner. WHAT, ours is not old and works great. Michael from RED BEAR MECHANICAL is the one that came out to our house and fixed our air conditioner. After it was fixed, my husband told Michael he has a CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!! We got extra cards from him and will tell everyone we know that needs a repair. I would recommend RED BEAR MECHANICAL to everyone. VERY HONEST COMPANY!! Thank you very much Michael!!
