I asked them to check my rental property A/C that was not work properly.
They stopped by and told me the coil has a leak and nor repairable and they asked for $3,400 to replace it.
When I asked about the part number they said we don't know and also they refused to provide labor and materials break down.
At the end they charged me $275 for Nothing.
I hired another company and after inspection they said the outside condenser was dirty and they clean and serviced the AC and replaced the filter for $190.
They're not a honest company and I'll clam this on the contractor license board .

Polar Express showed up right on time did the work requested, and when a problem arose, they handled it without any fanfare. Employee's were clean, polite; the vechiles were clearly marked. I was so pleased with their work, I hired them for another install immediately.

Ben is one of the finest contractors I've ever had do work for me, so I can't say enough good things about him and his company. He noticed at least two (2) major things before even putting in my new HVAC system, which he included in his bid, and he was still 40% less than the other two contractors. Then, as soon as he and his crew got in the attic to begin work, they noticed a roof leak, which enabled us to call our roofing contractor to fix that minor item. I want to give him the very highest rating because of his professionalism, his (and his crew's) courteousness and his sincerity in wanting to give me the best new HVAC for the money.
