Professional, friendly and knowledgable. When the initial inspection was made, the technicians explained just exactly what was neeeded . They took pictures and explained how they would solve every problem they encountered. They came up with a detailed estimate and emailed it to me the next day. Their prices are ecenomical and they stand by their work. They feel that their name and reputation is valuable and they will give only their best. Friendly, polite, punctual and respectful of your home. I would and have already recomended them to my neighbors.

I love this company! Polar North gets an A+ from me for professionalism. In addition to being knowledgeable and skilled, Nick was responsive, reliable, and fast. The quality of the work was excellent. His crew was respectful and polite. (When they were finished with the job, they cleaned up the entire work site, including the exterior of the building!) I also appreciated Nick's many years of experience. He was able to answer all of my questions with great detail. As a property manager, I deal with lots of contractors. The bad ones make my job much more difficult, so I'm extra grateful for the good ones. Nick and Dylan and the rest of the guys at Polar North were a bright patch during a bad run of maintenance problems. I give Polar North my unconditional recommendation.

Mr. Plastino did a professional job. He was specific down to the detail of his estimate and what he did. My son-in-law is an architect and said the attention to detail was excellent in the crawl space sealing and the attic blow in. Very respectful of our family and finished on time.

FIBERGLASS WAS INSTALLED OVER EXISTING CELULOSE BUT AFTERWARD I BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD HAVE CELULOSE INSTEAD OF FIBERGLAS FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS
