The staff was professional and patient.


I absolutely LOVE my Polar crew! Beginning with Ray, the Co-owner, Betsy and the entire work team. They are extremely helpful, considerate, and respectful. I was in the process of replacing my furnace when the old one died. I contacted Ray and they immediately ordered me a replacement but due to Covid-19, the furnace was not available. I was then upgraded to a much better furnace with NO extra charge to me. The guys came out and got the new one installed and replaced my thermostat. My not realizing that the thermostat had a pre-program set up, I was struggling to control the temp in the house. Ray sent one of his men right out to address the issue with no cost to me. I also hired them to clean out my ducts and the service was as expected, EXTRAORDINARY as always! Thank you to ALL of my Polar bear teamâ £ï¸

They just installed a heat pump system and water heater. Jared provided invaluable information about the options and supervised the work. Ray handled all the arrangements and paperwork. They were highly professional and client service oriented. Installers were very clean and responsible. Highly recommend.

Hire these guys! They performed a cleaning that was very reasonably priced. There was a problem with the furnace that the installer (NOT Polar) caused (loose wires in the control box) that came to light later after the cleaning. Polar came out, found the problem, fixed it, and didn't charge me even though Omar the repair technician and i had discussed how the problem had certainly been poor installation. This is one of those rare companies i will give my loyalty to

Sometime in March this year, I had Polar Home Services install in my home a dryer vent as well a water heater. It required for them to come back several times because of the kind of work performed. At all times I dealt only with Mr. Ray Hedrick, Co-Founder, and CEO of Polar Home Services, Inc. I had to say that dealing with Mr. Hedrick, was a great experience. He did not personally do the job, he had someone else to do it; but he was the one who scheduled the work; answered my questions and made sure that the work was performed properly. One of the things I appreciate the most from Mr. Hedrick was that he always responded promptly to my messages; something most people donâ t do. For the record, I donâ t usually write reviews but the way Mr. Hedrick handled the work at my place makes me write and sharing my experience with others. So, if you are looking for a reliable business and a person you can trust Mr. Hedrick from Polar Home Services, Inc., is your guy.

At this point we are one week out from having had this work completed, but everything seems to be working properly so far. We moved from oil to air source heat pumps and they have provided excellent service. They have been very patient in answering questions and whatnot and just a pleasure to work with. I would definitely work with them again.
