Excellent service from Ruben et al.! They were here to perform annual furnace maintenance and did a great job. Ruben is very knowledgeable of the HVAC systems. I also hired them to install a new smart thermostats to control the air conditioner, heat, humidifier and fan. On top of that, they were polite, professional and charged a reasonable price for the work they did. I definite will recommend them to others.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. I had a competitor come out right before them and they couldn't figure out the issue with my electric forced air heater shutting off. Ruben was extremely patient as he had to wait 40 mins for the other vendor to depart before beginning work. Can't thank them enough as they diagnosed two issues the previous company didn't even consider as well as help me with my loud humidifier intake and stuck damper. Will 100% recommend them and call them next time for any work needed.

Polar Vortex responded immediately to our request for a bid, and offered us a variety of solutions to our problem. At every point in the project the service was both professional and friendly. Our last-minute request to reroute the A/C hose was met warmly, with the only additional charge being for the parts and not the labor. These guys can get it done well and reasonably priced.

Excellent service. Responded quickly on a Sunday to AC issue, was on time, gave good information and service options. Completed the job timely and successfully. Highly recommend this company.

Central A/C stopped working mid-day on a Friday, right as a heat wave was beginning. Ruben showed up within a couple hours. Worked hard to diagnose and then fix the problem. Replaced the capacitor and solved an airflow problem to the motor. Price may have been on the high side ($380 for everything), but well worth the prompt & professional attention. I will hire them again!
