Delvista B Townhomes Association hired Polikar Engineering Solutions to conduct our 40-year inspection. Eli Polikar was the lead engineer and was very thorough in his assessment for any structural damage. The electrical engineer who was also very thorough. They both were very professional, punctual, and friendly. We would highly recommend PES for future inspections. They delivered everything they said they would do and in a timely manner. Based on the company's level of service and professionalism, we confidently recommended PES for Delvista A Townhomes. The board hired them and the recertification process was handled in the same manner. They made the process easy and successfully completed the job. If your community association board is looking for an engineer to help with the recertification process, hire PES.

When I retained PES, Polikar Engineering Solutions, for a commercial job, I had no idea how satisfied I would be with the end result... Eli discovered some issues with the project right away and alerted me to the situation, then resolved the issues without incident... he's a very clever guy, who goes out of his way in performing his engineering tasks... I am happy that an associate recommended PES to me and, moving forward, I feel confident knowing that I can always count on PES to go above and beyond the call of duty... Thank you, PES...

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
