Had them do carpets and sofa 2 years ago. Damage was done to a wall and the chemical smell after the job was done was overwhelming. Profile states they take credit cards for payment but they charged me a fee for using a card instead of paying by check which they wanted. Considering they damaged a wall and had the nerve to charge a fee for using a credit card, I will give my business to someone more professional.

Our records indicate we cleaned your carpets on April 30, 2018 and 2 years later a review is not fair to us to be able to resolve this. Yes, there is a fee to pay with a credit card and you will find this is a common practice. Sincerely Scott Harman"

They look fabulous. Scott said he wasnt sure how it would turn out because the carpet is 16+ years old and pretty worn. He did a great job!

Great work, excellent price especially compared to the national franchises. Even gave a break on the cost because his last appointment ran over causing his arrival to be delayed, THAT is customer service and why Harman Family Carpet Cleaning will be my one choice in carpet care, highly recommended.

The spots and heavy traffic areas showed improvement from the original appearance. The house had a dirty dish rag smell for a few days after the cleaning until we were able to air it out.

Service was great. I like that this is a green company and the cleaning agents are non-toxic to pets and kids. They were able to clean some pretty tough pet stains - my old carpet looks pretty new again! They also gave some great tips for cleaning up pet stains so that no stain is left and the carpet doesn't get bleached. They also offer discounts for non-profits and Veterans. Good people.

They were very courteous, on time, and interacted very well with my family, and was very mindful of the fact that my son was autistic. They went above and beyond for me, they even cleaned my rugs and both entry ways for no extra charge!! :) I would definitely hire them again and have referred them to others already!!

Awesome and great experience. We are very happy with the service we received from Harman Family Carpet Cleaning. Scott was on time and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets that were long overdue for cleaning. We enjoyed Scott's friendly service and appreciated his answers to our many questions about carpet care. We will definitely hire them again.

It went very well, showed up on time and was immediately on the job. Harman was very flexible and kept great communication with me via e-mail, we have very busy schedules and are hard to pin down. They were able to reschedule us when needed. The cleaning looks good, and he gave me very good tips afterwards to reduce wear-and-tear of carpet in high traffic areas. No added costs or up-charges, honored the Angie's list deal!

Scott and his assistant were very professional in their work. They did a beautiful job of removing ground-in dirt and stains that were there for the last few years.
