I am overjoyed, not kidding. Lacy and her crew were fabulous. Very personable! I am looking forward to them coming back on a more regular basis. My experience with them was ACES! My family just accepts that I am a slob and a lousy housekeeper. When they visited me this last time, they literally fell silent upon entering. It was a new place. Lacy had helped me clear out clutter, so the house itself had looked good to begin with. The corners were visible, so the living room felt larger. We had relocated the floor of my office that had disappeared under storage boxes and paperwork. She and her crew cleaned, WOW did they clean! I had thought I would have to refinish my masonry fireplace to make it look good again, but Lacy proved me wrong. My dull floors had new life, the countertops in the kitchen look like they did when they were brand new, the appliances shined like new money, my house was just so inviting. I love it!

Lacy went above and beyond for me today. I asked for 2 carpet areas to be cleaned and a chair. As it turned out, I did not have the carpet completely prepared and she went out of her way to finish it up AND reassured me that is was ok.
