Lacy helped to get my daughter?s house, which had been closed up, for three years, ready to live in again. My daughter was ill, so she did an awesome job of cleaning well, to meet my daughter?s needs. Lacy does what is asked of her. There were extra things done on Lacy?s own, to make house really clean! She understands what the customer wants, and goes out of her way to accomplish this. Lacy is licensed & insured. Has experience in all kinds of clean. She?s great, and her knowledge of what is needed to get the job done will not disappoint!!

Lacy is awesome. She has been cleaning my house for 2 years. She is a professional. Always in communication about our cleaning needs. She is flexible and hard working. It seems that every time she comes she picks something extra on works on making it look spectacular. It is so nice to come home from work to a clean home. One Time Interior House Cleaning
I am overjoyed, not kidding. Lacy and her crew were fabulous. Very personable! I am looking forward to them coming back on a more regular basis. My experience with them was ACES! My family just accepts that I am a slob and a lousy housekeeper. When they visited me this last time, they literally fell silent upon entering. It was a new place. Lacy had helped me clear out clutter, so the house itself had looked good to begin with. The corners were visible, so the living room felt larger. We had relocated the floor of my office that had disappeared under storage boxes and paperwork. She and her crew cleaned, WOW did they clean! I had thought I would have to refinish my masonry fireplace to make it look good again, but Lacy proved me wrong. My dull floors had new life, the countertops in the kitchen look like they did when they were brand new, the appliances shined like new money, my house was just so inviting. I love it!

Lacy went above and beyond for me today. I asked for 2 carpet areas to be cleaned and a chair. As it turned out, I did not have the carpet completely prepared and she went out of her way to finish it up AND reassured me that is was ok. I also have a couch and loveseat that need cleaning and I ABSOLUTELY will call on Lacy again I canâ t say enough how pleased I am of the job, the customer service, and the communication!! One Time Interior House Cleaning
If you have a project to accomplish, Lacy is the person to handle the crazy! We had to relocate during the pandemic, half way across country. All of our business was handled through text, email, and phone calls from here in Colorado to Louisiana. We highly recommend Lacy/Polished Cleaning Services. Had we known she existed prior to our move, she would have been hired on the spot to help us get our crazy in order! One Time Interior House Cleaning
Lacy Jones did a spectacular job of cleaning my house. I'm in the middle of remodeling and Lacy really brought out the attractiveness of my completed projects. She's turned my house into a mansion. I have never seen anyone work so hard.
