Heather is amazing, she is friendly. She will visit with me but never fails to finish what she was hired to do and even helps with additional items as needed, she is an absolute miracle! I feel so blessed I got her. She loves cats as well, she is great with animals.

I was disapointed in the quality of the job that was done. The floor that she mopped upstairs was not only streaky but it was still dirty. I asked that the kitchen floor be mopped and it was not. The bathrooms were not detail cleaned at all. Just the basics that I could have done. I won't rehire her. She was very pleasant, just not a good fit for me.

"Cleaned site unseen. I'm sorry she feels that way. I called this client to talk about the situation with no response. I cleaned a lot and as much as I could with the time allotted. I'm not going to post negativity about a client even if I feel their review is unwarranted. I will post what I did: I cleaned ceiling and walls of cobwebs; cleaned all water spotting on cabinetry and polished; cleaned door panels on cabinets and polished; cleaned vanity light fixtures; took fan vent down and vacuumed; cleaned all hanging frames; cleaned glass on all framed art and pictures; cleaned all decorative items and polished; cleaned and polished towel racks and toilet paper holder; cleaned ,detailed with a toothbrush and polished toilet; cleaned, detailed with a toothbrush and polished faucets; cleaned, detailed with a toothbrush and polished sinks; scrubbed shelf above sink 3 times and used a magic eraser on it as well, at some point I had to stop; used magic eraser on the walls in several places, at some point I had to stop; cleaned switch plates and electrical outlets; wiped down visible plumbing; wiped down toilet bowl brush holder; cleaned mirrors with vinegar and water solution and polished with polishing cloth. She said don't clean the shower because she cleans it and I did the other,I even cleaned the shampoo bottles On her way out she said just worry about the bathrooms I washed the hall floor twice, it didn't look streaked when I left; I would have come back to wash it until it was clean, however long that may take. This is my fault for not making the job clear and for taking a job sight unseen."
