LOOK NO FURTHER...Polished Renovations and Design is the best there is. I have done a number of smaller renovation projects in the past and every single contractor experience had been nothing short of a headache. That being said, when it came time to do an addition and kitchen renovation on our home, I did lots of research. We interviewed a number of contractors, design build companies, draftsman and designers. From the moment Kyle and Katelyn stepped foot into our home, we knew they were going design and renovate our home. They got to know us as people, got an understanding of our style and actually listened to what our priorities were, not just what would be easiest. We got million dollar service and results for a very fair and reasonable price. All of their subcontractors were respectful and hard working and anyone who has done any work knows that that is NOT easy to come by. They started and finished on time and on budget and updated me almost daily, keeping me in the loop with any changes or problems. Now I have a nicer and more functional kitchen than I could have ever imagined. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation for any renovation or remodel.

Katelyn was extremely patient with us especially during the design phase. She immediately recognized our style preference, gave us numerous options for the layout of the cabinets, provided lots of pictures of how the cabinets would look in each room, gave different suggestions for kitchen sinks, creatively designed a unique corner cabinet that would fit our specialized corner kitchen sink, and worked within our budget. During the ordering phase, Katelyn kept us updated every step of the way. During the installation phase, Kyle and Katelyn's crew were phenomenal! They spent all day working really hard and never took a break. And then they walked us through every room to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Katelyn and Kyle.

I had a complete kitchen remodel and converted my screen porch into a sunroom. The quality of the work was top notch and I would heartily recommend them to anyone. I found them to be a little on the expensive side but I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. All the contractors they used were excellent, everyone was punctual, and the project was completed on time and within budget. Highly recommend them.

They were reliable and punctual. They did what they said they were going to do, in a timely manner.
