I would recommend him, will use him in the future. He went above and beyond. Called him at about 7pm, told us he'd be at our home by 8pm and he arrived at about 7:45pm. He got into the unit, found out the previous pro had not wired it correctly, he was able to fix the wiring and we were charged less than the original quote.

We hired Polk Mechanical to take out an old wood burning furnace and put in a whole new heating system for our house; gas furnace, heat pump, duct work, Nest thermostat, etc. We got several different bids and Steve was the best price for what we wanted to have done. Because he came highly recommended from a realtor we were working with we hired him. He was very friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and a great contractor to work with. He answered any questions or concerns we had and worked hard to get our new system up and running. I would highly recommend him!

Furnace went out New Years Eve, very cold weather. Steve responded to message left within an hour and agreed to come out New Years Day. Found a pressure switch failed and reset it, gave me honest evaluation of system and quick repair. Many HVAC companies could of taken advantage of my desperate situation but Steve fixed problem, on a holiday. The previous company I hired to do repair in 2017 was my first call, they called back and told me I would need to wait a week... without heat... in the winter? My next call will be to Steve
